This location had me call just to inquire. Some prices about some sandwiches. As a teenager, boy answers the phone and automatically assumes that.I was intentionally trying to prank your store. So he Says if I am going to prank To call another number and hangs up On me I felt this was insulted so offensive I. Drove over to the location To have a word with the manager on duty as that was not professional at all As pulling up of course , the lobby is not open The woman was walking out assumingly. She's a manager and she had 2 young boys with her. At this point she says that the lobby was not open. I say I'm here to make a complaint. She says I'm sorry, what happened? You see, I told her what happened. But I don't recall myself being violent or threatening in any way which. They are saying I did and threatening her boys, which I don't remember doing but. I told her exactly what hapben. At that point. It really didn't seem that she cared. About my situation, my complaint or issue if she did, she would have went back inside and inquired about who hang the phone up and left it. Off the. Line I did claim that I'm going to get ahold of the district and regional managers and let them know as well. That this was very unprofessional for a fast food restaurant. Even at that, just a customer trying to inquire about prices on sandwiches for his sick mother, my intentions were not violent. And someone maybe she told them to maybe her sons did it. Maybe she want to call the police on me. I was not yelling. I was not vandalizing their property. I was standing still and properly talking, . I was still conducting. Myself professionally. I still think that this manager is unfit for this position due to the urgence of protocol To properly resolve this easy to fix issue. that she displayed And should have taken this into a more serious thought that this is between 2 adults. A customer to a manager not towards her children and kids as I have 3 sons myself and one is A US marine. I have raised my son's very well. Anyways, it is very unprofessional that there shall be a teenager who will answer the phone and automatically assume that the first phone call is a prank call instead of hearing the person out and answering professionally of what they need. As I could have been a secret shopper, I could have been the VIP of the company. But I have a big heart and I'm very friendly and very approachable. So I am not a violent or criminal you judged But a lovely family man so no one admitted which is childish and cowardly that they hung up the phone on me and left it offline. And then Calls the police on me. Just to have the pleasure of watching them. Take me to jail and my sick mother. Come up there to retrieve my vehicle with my family. It's not justified, it's not fair that they get that hand to treat. People like this and especially lie upon my words. When I'm still the customer and then want to place a criminal trespass. When I didn't even vandalize your property. As I. Used to be the shift lead manager at a w grimes arby's and And We'll just get in touch with the district In regional managers . Or corporate or anyone else above this location. And individual but with that being said I will most likely never ever ever return to this location as these individuals are employed here And will tell Everyone I know of my experience and of the environment and Staff of the location Quite honestly, possibly.Maybe the place should be closed down to turn it into something else and if they did turn it into something else.It will revenue a hundred percent more than Arbys Is due to brand new staff and and personal hygiens. And did not even deserve the one star that I had to put They probably don't wash their hands. And they probably drop food on the floor and still serve it. And I have worked in that...
Read more0 STARS. Yesterday, I received Arbyâs coupons in the mail. At approximately 8:3pm, , I went to Arbyâs in Georgetown, Texas. I ordered the $5 meal deal. The manager on duty, Torrie Smith, told me my total was $5.85. I told him that was incorrect, as the sales tax rate was 8 1/4 %, so it would be $5.41. He said that is not what his computer said. I told him that the computer must be programmed incorrectly and suggested he leave a note for his supervisor. But instead, he chose to argue and refuse serving me. There were several cars behind me, yet he continued to refuse service. He called POLICE and I was asked to leave (right to refuse service and criminally trespassing) because I wouldnât pay more than I should. 2 police officers came in separate cars and people in line behind me must have been told because two cars drove by my window and shot me dirty looks. THREATENING, HUMILIATING and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER EXPERIENCED!! I am a 68 year old retired educator who simply went to get a sandwich. This behavior is INEXCUSABLE and should not, in my opinion, be tolerated by ANY customer. I refuse to be treated in this manner. This was wrong on every aspect. OVERCHARGING a CUSTOMER and then refusing SERVICE because I wouldnât pay the wrong amount is LUDICROUS. THIS WAS TRAUMATIC BEING APPROACHED AND QUESTIONED BY THE POLICE AS IF I WAS A COMMON CRIMINAL. I was told I was CRIMINALLY TRESPASSING. ( waste of tax payers money and officerâs time). I hope the franchise owner will take action and improve the customer service offered at this location and certainly offer additional training to its employees. I also felt DISCRIMINATED against. Why, I do not know. This was not an issue is opinion. The coupon said $5. Tax is determined by state and county. Who is keeping the 16% overage charge? Where is the extra money going? What happened to Common Courtesy...

From the moment AJâs voice crackled through the speaker, it was like hearing the symphony of customer care. His tone was warm, his enunciation impeccable, and his enthusiasm contagious. AJ didnât just take my orderâhe curated an Arbyâs experience tailored to my deepest cravings.
When I pulled up to the window, AJ greeted me with a smile so bright it could light up a stadium. He handed me my perfectly packed bag of roast beef delights like he was presenting a masterpiece at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Not a single fry was out of place, and the curly fries? They were hotter than a summer in the Sahara.
But AJ didnât stop there. He made sure I had all the sauces I could ever dream of (Horsey and Arbyâs Sauce? Say no more!) and wished me a genuinely heartfelt âHave a great night!â It wasnât just a farewellâit was a blessing.
AJ is the kind of employee who turns a drive-thru into a destination. If thereâs an Arbyâs Hall of Fame, he deserves a plaque, a statue, and a monument. Iâm telling you, Iâd drive cross-country just to have AJ take my order again. Bravo, AJ, youâve set the bar...
