Went this evening with the wife and daughter and we enjoyed it! Store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got a large strawberry lemonade (very delicious), small frozen vanilla bean, small mango pineapple lemonade and four donuts for around $20 and I can’t really complain about that in this day and age! I noticed several people ordering food so next time I’ll have to try a sandwich. No these aren’t Frank’s donuts but they were tasty and we enjoyed them! For the drinks alone we will definitely be back!
3/2024 UPDATE Still our favorite coffee place in Georgetown!! From the price of coffee to the rewards app, we are Dunkin regulars! Today we went twice.. the 1st time was to pick up DoorDash for my side gig and the 2nd time was for my daughter and I. Read moreI am writing this regarding an incident that occurred on Easter that has not yet been resolved. We went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 medium iced coffees at 10:39AM, per my credit card statement. We were charged $24.43. I didn’t notice this until the following day, when I checked my credit card statement. I then called and spoke with a manager. She was nice enough and we spoke several times that day trying to resolve the matter. However, the second time we spoke she said she’d need to discuss with someone above her and that they would get back with me, yet no one ever did.
It’s now been a week and 3 days. After one week I called corporate to report this because I am really frustrated. I shouldn’t have to be the one to keep on top of this when it was not my fault. I am merely trying to get my money back or at the very least, a gift card or something. It shouldn’t be that difficult, one would think; just compensate me for the error that...

I hate to have to write this review, but the service at this location is just straight up garbage. 9 times out of ten they get our mobile orders wrong. And I don’t mean “hey I asked for no cheese and there’s cheese on this.” I mean “hey you gave me my drink and then someone else’s entire order instead of the rest of my order.” (This was just my experience TODAY.)
I’ll use my rewards to get a free item and it won’t be in the bag. I’ll order a donut and it won’t be in the bag. It’s always not putting something in the bag. And when I go inside to the counter to fix it, which defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order if I have to essentially reorder everything, it’s always “oh yeah, we’re out of that item.” THEN JUST SUBSTITUTE IT. TELL ME SO I KNOW AND I CAN PICK SOMETHING ELSE. I PAID FOR THIS. I NEED IT TO BE IN THE BAG.
