Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgetown

We ordered food our food was brought out one Plate at a Time with a server having a completely empty hand switch the plate down on the table my wife says I won't eat that egg because it was burnt he completely ignored her and went on to get the rest of the food there was three of us eating and it took them more than five trips to get our food to the table literally one-handed servers my chili was brought out looked like a bowl of paste literally no liquid in it whatsoever and it was scorched it really sucked they have a new menu with new items on it and it looks so good it's just the people working there don't seem to care about what they're doing today was the first time I had been back to Cracker Barrel in about a month because the last time I went there I had the same bad experience it was the people I literally only try to eat there when there's one server working in his name is Rodger he is probably their best worker that they have because he actually cares and he takes care of the customer I wanted to upload the photos that I took there but it doesn't have a...

I like it less and less, I have noticed that they do not have the same number of staff as before and perhaps this is due to the poor quality of service. people are nice but they get swamped with so many tasks, and I know it because I see it. 1 single person prepares so many things. The first detail I had a year and a half ago was that they gave me coffee in a dirty cup since it had lipstick on it and that day I didn't have lipstick on, I just went to try my coffee and I realized it. shortly after this they began to take a long time to serve the food, the time before my last visit the bread of my sandwich was almost burnt, this last time my coffee was cold once they served us the food, they never returned to serve us or asking if we needed anything, one of my children had to go to the counter to ask for more food than we wanted. They were slow so we decided to stop in and eat which we haven't done in several years, the floors, tables,countertops were all dirty, the syrup bottles were dirty nasty sticky messy, i ordered the 2 eggs and sirloin breakfast my steak was dry, hard and the guy Joe didn't even give me a steak knife, i didn't get offered any jelly for my toast. My husbands scrambled eggs weren't properly cooked completely, he ordered a chocolate chip waffle and instead of the chocolate chips being put into the waffle batter to be cooked together they sprinkled the chips on top of the waffle after it was done, my husband wanted a Coke they were out...
