I don’t usually write reviews for places, but this situation warranted one. I’m very close to the same age as the workers that were present at this Fazoli’s location on 4/3 around 8:00-9:00pm. I ordered a pasta meal via mobile ordering at 8:04pm without chicken because I’m vegetarian. There weren’t any other substitutions. The app stated that it would be ready by 8:29pm. Because I know that this location can be slow, I picked it up at 8:45pm. I wasn’t greeted, told “thank you” or “have a nice evening”. I’ve worked several customer service jobs, and work a full-time job, now working with people all day. It has been reiterated and instilled in me to acknowledge the customer. There wasn’t any of that.
Anyways, I go home (about a 10 minute drive) and realize that I received the wrong item. I should have looked before I left the restaurant, but I thought since they had forty minutes to get my order right that it would be correct. Wrong. I drove back to the Fazoli’s.
I went through the drive through and told the staff worker that I received the wrong item via mobile order and that I wanted a refund, too. I was polite about it and didn’t raise my voice. I understand that mistakes happen. However, I was met with nothing but attitude by the staff workers - all sass from men, by the way. I waited patiently and responded with nothing but politeness. Please, teach all of your staff members the importance of common decency and respect. Reiterate it. Remind...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews. However, the service I received at the drive thru tonight was so appalling that people should be warned.
I arrived at the call box without a line. I was asked to wait a minute and they would take my order. No big deal, this happens often enough. At 3 minutes, a vehicle pulled in behind me. After 5 minutes, I thought they might have forgotten me and said “hello?”. I was again asked to wait a minute. At the 10 minute mark I said “hello” again and before I could say more was told to wait a minute again. I responded and said it had been 10 minutes but no response to that.
FINALLY, at 14 minutes of waiting and debating leaving, I was finally able to order. At the window, the girl who took my card was short with me. I was given half my order and asked to pull forward, which was strange since the car behind me was still at the call box and there wasn’t a need.
The rest of my order was brought out within 2 minutes, but sadly the young lady set the bag on the window, let go and said ‘here ya go’ as she walked off. Thankfully I caught the bag. As I was leaving, I saw that the car that came in after me was still at the call box waiting to order.
Sadly, I don’t think I will be going back...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru and waited in line until it was my turn. I was told to wait, that was not a problem - I don't mind waiting a little bit. I wait for a whole 10min, much longer than anticipated, so I ask the drive thru speaker/mic if someone's still there. A voice comes out and tells me to wait. Okay, I understand it can get busy sometimes, so I say ok and wait. Another roughly 10min passes by and the drive thru lane is backed up to the entrance to the parking and people behind me are yelling at me asking what's going on, so I tell them I was told to wait. Whoever is over the drive thru comms answers when they hear me and says that they're super busy, so I ask how long the wait time is before I can, to which I get a reply of 30-40min. Are you serious?? If the wait time was that long, someone should have let me know from the beginning. I'm in a drive thru and this is a fast food restaurant, not a dine-in restaurant. 30-40min wait time plus the 20min I already waited would have had me waiting a whole hour just to order in the drive thru! I left having wasted enough of my time. There needs to be some staffing rework done here, because what I just experienced is absolutely...
