This is the WORST kfc I’ve ever been to. Mind you I know some business’s have issues with adequate staffing but this is the second time I have come here within 2 weeks that this has happened. The red headed girl and a brown headed girl were both beyond rude both times. THe Management never got back to my husband or myself when we wrote a review. When I pulled up their was a car in front of me that waited 22 minutes at the drive thru. I only waited 12 1but she actually told me how long she had been waiting prior to me pulling up. Their were two girls outside smoking the whole time. They finally came in with headphones on and took the ladies order. Then mine. They tell me theirout of chicken. Their out of pot pies. Everything but chicken tenders. I then get told they have no sides. Mind you this is a 8:44 at night. One hour and 16 min before close. I ordered tenders for my 3 year old who was starving. They were cold. And soggy. I called the kfc 1800 line and an amazing man took care of me. He was so sweet. The only good experience I had. I then get told it will be take care of. I come back tonight and the same girls with the same attitude. I asked for a pot pie and she said they can’t keep them. They have to make them to order and it would be 25 min. So everyone who wants a pot pie , mind you an item that is on their DAILY menu has to wait 25 min? Then she said they couldn’t make dark meat chicken until every single piece of white meat chicken was gone and she had 4 pans of white meat. Mind you it’s 7:45 at this point. 2 hours and 15 min until Close. The girl stopped taking my order when I asked why they were out or everything and she handed it to another girl who was smartalechic as well. I will NEVER be back here and I will tell everyone about this. It’s apparently true that management is just as bad because I have not only had one bad experience I’ve had two and not a single person has reached out to me. Mind you at 7:45 the chairs in the...
Read moreMy son had surgery and wanted a chicken sandwich from KFC. So I went to drive through. Person who took my order was in a hurry, but lacked any degree of politeness, treated me like I was in her way. Whatever, I get it, everyone has a bad day.
I get my food from what looked like the store manager. Wonder if I should sit there and go through the whole bag, item by item. Decide not to, haven't been to this KFC in years. Maybe they are on top of things.
Get home, barbeque sauce is missing. Can't go back so I decide to call them and just let them know they forgot. I work in food service too and as a manager or even a worker I would appreciate a civil phone call acknowledging that I didn't get what I paid for and at least an apology. I explain that it was missing and to maybe keep a better lookout for all items on the ticket.
All I get is, "Ooooook?" in a typical "you're in my way" tone.
I then follow-up with mentioning that I currently work in food service and that personally and professionally I would appreciate a non-angry customer calling and seeking an apology and then becoming better at my job by remembering to check itemized tickets in the...
Read moreThis is the second time recently that we have gotten carry out at the Georgetown KFC. Both times the meal was delicious, the order was correct and the service was also excellent. We ordered a bucket of wings and breasts with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and green beans. The chicken was crispy and fresh tasting. The cole slaw was improved in flavor from our past experience and was very fresh , as were the green beans and mashed potatoes. We had eaten at this KFC before, but it had been months or maybe even a year since our last visit. I just want to state once again how much we have enjoyed the meal from our last two visits during the last few weeks. I don't know what has changed in the last year, but I currently would highly recommend the food from this KFC., and the service was excellent as well. I also noticed their latest inspection posted in the drive through window, and they received 100%. We will be returning to the Georgetown KFC, and look forward to another...
