Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Georgetown

The one star it forces you to give is for the delivery driver alone. She was the only good thing about the whole experience. Did an online order for delivery as I’m unable to drive - 1 Vito with no tomato or oil and vinegar, 1 pepe and 1 Tom turkey. Received a Vito with no seasoning or cheese, a regular vito (in place of the Pepe) and no cheese on the Tom turkey (I later found out that’s an extra). I first noticed the pepe wasn’t there and called to have it sent out. They apologized and said all they could do is send it out correctly. It was for my 8 year old, so I said yes. I asked did they need the vito that I received in its place and was told no I could have it, I said I don’t want it, I just didn’t know if I should give it to the driver, the lady said just throw it away, so I did. Then we unwrapped the vito that was ordered and realized it was wrong. Call again and have someone else that tells me I need to send the sandwiches back when the new ones come. I said they told me to throw away, so I need to get it out of my trash? Yes, we kinda need it is the response. Then the Tom turkey I realize has no cheese, so I call a 3rd time, they say ok they’ll send it, then call me back to say cheese is extra and I say ok, if you can send the sandwich corrected I’ll pay the difference, my error. I get the new sandwiches and give the driver my trash sandwiches only to find they still messed up the Pepe and literally sent me slices of cheese to add to my turkey sandwich that was in the trash box I gave to the driver. Absolutely horrible, terrible experience. I can only hope they’re not giving the trash sandwiches to another customer - why else would they need me to dig food out of my trash to return in the middle...

I recently ordered the new veggie Mediterranean wrap from Georgetown Ky Jimmy Johns. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Although I was initially informed that they were out of spinach wraps, I was surprised to find that the wrap I received was significantly smaller and less appealing than the image advertised. Additionally, the wrap contained parmesan cheese instead of the feta cheese that was listed on the menu. This unexpected substitution did not complement the other ingredients well. Shaved parmesan was chosen by the worker as a substitute without letting me know before hand. Cucumber, onion, parmesan...YUK. Thats what my first and only bite contained. No olive tapenade was present in this substandard wrap as well. Given the price of $14 and change, I was expecting a more accurate and satisfying product. It's clear that there is room for improvement in terms of both the quality and accuracy of the food. Also note we were there at 7:15:PM on a Tuesday night. This "mistake" can not be blamed on being busy as we were the only patrons in the store. I felt is was a " I don't give a crap...

We were so happy when Jimmy Johns first introduced unwiches. They allowed us to enjoy our our favorites while sticking to our low carb diet. It was impressive how they wrapped the sandwiches perfectly in a lettuce wrap that allowed them to be enjoyed in the same way as a traditional sandwich. Unfortunately, quality has dropped precipitously in recent months. When you spend almost thirty dollars to get a couple of sandwiches delivered, you expect quality. What we have received lately has been a sloppy, inconsistent mess. My wife and I like the same sandwich but we have different tastes when it comes to condiments. We always make a point to indicate who the sandwich is for in the app, but the staff never takes the time to mark the sandwiches as requested.
