This is an excellent take out experience. First, I'm really impressed with how many items are available in half sized "choose 2" portions. We were able to get a variety of items with this awesome option. The baked potato is their veggie one. I had them leave the peppers off. So for those who like bell peppers, image multi-colored ones on it. It was delicious. The cheese sauce is so creamy. The Savannah salad was perfect. I loved the sherry dressing. My friend also got the club with cranberry/orange. She literally couldn't stop eating it was so yummy. Second, we ordered curbside pickup. On the drive home, the whole bagged tipped over in my new car! What could have been an @$&!!#@ experience was instead an oh-aren't-they clever!-Whoot! experience. The broccoli cheese soup (sooooo good!) was saran wrapped it supper tight. Not a drop leaked! This simple extra step shows how much they care for their customers.

Stopped here for a quick, last minute dinner idea late one night for our first visit. Boy, that was a great move! I chose the Pick 2 with a half New York sandwich and half Chef Salad. My wife went with the Pecanberry Salad. We got them to go because it was nearing time for the restaurant to close. Once we got home and began eating we were both pleasantly surprised with our choices. My half sandwich was stacked with as much meat as most full sized versions at other places. The salad was nearly full sized too. Both were delicious! My wife's Pecanberry salad became one of her all favorites that night. You can bet that McAlister's Deli will become a regular stop on our rotation of sandwich restaurants. I can't wait to try some of the other menu items.

I go here a couple times a month, because i work close by. But it seems every time they have any kinda promo(it was quadruple points day), there isnt enough employees for the demand. I placed my order around 11:40am and I was told by the app it would be ready by 12pm. I only have a 30 min lunch so i order in advance. I show up at 12:05 expecting my food to be done and waiting for me. No. The only thing waiting for me was 5 other ppl that also have not recieved their food yet. Just standing around waiting. I didnt recieve my meal till 12:30pm, making me already late for work without even having a sip of my tea yet. This is my receipt. They didnt even start making my meal till 12:25.

My daughter and I stopped in to place a to go order after a long day at a volleyball tournament it was 8:43p on a Wednesday. We were treated as a bit of an inconvenience as soon as we walked up to place our order. We were asked “are y’all going to want food?” To which the answer was “Yes.” We were then told it would have to be to go because we close in 10 minutes. OK. After the young girl at the counter finished yelling to her coworkers through the food up opening “Quit putting everything away...these people want to order food Unfortunately. That’s probably when I should have left but my daughter had her heart set on Your broccoli cheese soup. We ordered 2 bowls of soup, a salad and 2 sweet teas. At 9:01 the girl at the counter says “here’s your food” and walks away. I say “excuse me” to which she responded “WHAT?” I ask for a refill on our sweet teas and she informs me there is no more. Excuse me? You literally gave me these teas less than 10 minutes ago? We pour out all the tea at 9p. It was 9:01!!! There was still a family eating at a table. I asked her why would you pour out all the tea when you still have costumers in your establishment and her reply was “we close at 9p! It’s not my fault you came in late. We have to get rid of the tea because it goes bad. She was rude and very disrespectful in her words and tone. Nonsense! I grab my food and we leave just to arrive home with 2 bowls of the wrong soup! Worst service and experience I have ever had at a McAlisters! I will not be returning to this location. It’s a shame that this particular location is shining such a poor light on a place me and my family like...

Tonight we ordered food and it was said to be ready at 6:24pm. My fiancé arrived shortly after that and was informed the food is not ready and that they only have one person in back making food.. but he saw 4 people standing around the counter area. 30 minutes pass and he still does not have our order, so I call to figure out what is going on. Bryson informs me that they again only have one sandwich maker, and asks if I want to speak to management. This is where in my mind (previous manager myself) I would think that MANAGEMENT would get up and go to the back to help the ONE sandwich maker process orders to keep customers happy, and not waiting 30+ minutes for a sandwich and salad. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. It is very frustrating to order something and not receive it for almost an hour later. Other restaurants who are short staffed still manage to figure it out and get the food out in a timely manner. IHOP for one is very good about that and they are ALWAYS short staffed. Perhaps, just a thought, using the online ordering system is not working out so well for McAlister's considering ya'll always seem to be short staffed and not able to complete orders in the time period given. I understand being short staffed, but I also understand figuring out a solution that helps both the staff...

My wife ordered a dinner for 3 to be picked up at 6pm. She ordered it online 2 1/2 hours ahead of time to make sure it would be ready. I arrived at 2mins to 6pm and checked the To-go shelf and our bag was not amoung those on the shelves. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes when one of the deli clerks asked me if I'd been helped. I told him no, and gave him my information for the to-go order. The clerk went over and looked at the orders screen talked to someone in the kitchen and then walked away, he never came back to tell me anything. About 3 more minutes passed and another clerk asked if I'd been help I said nope, and this one did the same thing, checked the screen, talked to the kitchen and then started helping customers at the counter, never one word to me about my order. It was now 11 minutes after 6pm and I got the attention of a 3rd clerk and said I wanted to know what was going on with my order. He went over to the kitchen and they immediately started handing my meals through the window and bagging them. I would have left by then, but the orders and tip were already paid. At 14 after 6pm I left with my food. I will not be using any McAlisters Deli in the future. By the way this is the 2nd time this has happened, the first time was during the virus lockdown so I was giving them a...
