McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgetown

Where do I begin? This is literally got to be the worst customer service and the worst food I have ever encountered at any establishment. A few of us at work decided to get McDonald's for lunch. We sent someone to pick it up can I get a call saying that they can't find my order and they want this person after waiting in the store for the food to go back out into the drive-thru with a line so long and get the food that way. So they go to the drive-thru and have to wait another 35 minutes just have an employee tell them to go back inside in order. What I spoke to the manager she claims she could not find her order could not bring it up on their system. I asked what she could do if she says nothing and when I told her I needed to speak to her manager she said I don't care as her exact words. Not to mention my money for the meal was $30 and she swore 24 hours it would be returned back to my account. 3 days later and I still haven't received my refund or my food. She wouldn't give me her name all I know about her is she has red hair and I'm not the only one to complain about her. After I get my money back I will never return to this property ever again and I will recommend none of my people or anyone reading these reviews eatt at this...

I stopped in to go to the bathroom, upon coming out of the stall I run into a Hispanic male employee slitently cleaning the wall in front of the stall I was in. I had no idea ANYONE was in there, let alone a man. Once I saw him I said "hello" in a confusing tone. He responds with "Hola!" I asked for privacy (wanting him to leave the bathroom and him just staring at me, he then motions for me to wash my hands. I stare at him in a panic not knowing why he is still there staring at me. Again I asked for privacy. He said something in spanish and then walked out. I start to breathe through my panic attack, but couldn't get out of there fast enough. When I opened the door, he was still standing right on the outside. I ran out in the absolute pouring rain to my husband. Short of breath, it took me a minute to tell him what happened. He said I should have called him to come in and get me, but call the restaurant and speak to the manager. I called 6 times with an answering machine picking up, with a full mailbox. Nope...this is all unacceptable, I have no way of knowing I'd he was looking through the cracks at me. I have called 21 times in an hour, no answer at all, and they were NOT busy...

This McDonald's is very hit or miss, when they get your order right and you don't sit in line for an hour it's the best McDonald's around. Food is always great, just not always fast and accurate.

Update** I went again not too long ago, still seems like they are having issues. I placed a mobile order between 11:55pm-12am, when I got to the drive through window I got told they couldn't do anything but cash. I guess night shift "updates the computers" I'm assuming for price fluctuations and anything else that needs to change before the morning rush. The problem is I had already placed my order and all I got was "Well, I can't see any orders or anything." I asked how long it would be and she said 30 mins! I waited only because my wife and I had already used coupons on the app so I didn't think it would let me get the same order without losing money from the coupons being lost. Food was fantastic as always, it just seems to be an issue with time to serve here. Maybe it's just my misfortune that sometimes when I'm here it takes close to an hour to get my food. I guess I should specify that it's not as bad during the day, if the line isn't backed up around...
