I ordered pizzas & chicken bites. Went to pick up after the app said it was ready. The store was so unorganized. They looked for my order for 30 min. Then said it must of been picked up by accident by Door Dash. They would fix again. 30 min later I asked if remake was done. It wasn’t, they hadn’t even started it. 😡 Then she found my order, went to being the order & dropped the chicken bites. So she said she would remake. She did not tell me my order wasn’t being done right away. I asked about 20 minutes in & she said my order was put back in the system, but after those that came through online. I was mad. She moved the order up. Then the order gets done & brings it to me & it was wings, not the chicken bites. She made them again & gave me the order. I was there 2 hrs from the time I made my order online. I get home, which is 5 minutes away. I open the order & my pizzas were cold! Come to find out, they gave me the original pizza from 2 hrs ago. The chicken bites, they weren’t bites, she gave me wings again. I reached out for a refund ($28). I still haven’t heard from anyone, nor have I gotten a refund. The pizza couldn’t be eaten & the wings went in the trash. The worse place & the worse manager! She should of told me that my order wasn’t moved to the front after it was taken by door dash, didn’t tell me after dropping what she said was bites that my order wasn’t moved to the front, didn’t tell me she wasn’t remaking the pizza that was already 1.5hrs old & cold. Read moreFor those of you who complain about the wait time, saying the website told me it would be ready at such, and such time, or the website told me it's ready. They can't help that the while Georgetown of ky calls and places an order all at once. Maybe you should call the store, and ask what the real pick up, or delivery time is instead of going off of what a website tells you. I work for domino's, but love papa johns. We run into the same issues. When we tell people are delivery times are running 2-3 hours, or pick up is running an hour, or 2 behind they still want to place their orders wich puts us behind more because it's another order added on to what we already have on the screen. Then they still call in to complain about the wait time after placing the order. If I called a pizza place, and they told me the wait times were that long, I'd think i would pass on it. Things have been rough every since covid hit, nobody want to work so places like us, pizza hut, papa johns, and other pizza places are having it rough. So instead of crying about how everything is at these placed, how about you be a little bit more understanding. Hell if you don't like how things are ran at these places how about putting in an application see if you can do better running these joints. If you don't like the wait times go somewhere else...

Driver was calling from a Des Moines Iowa number so I cant imagine many people from the Lexington/Georgetown area would answer that call. When I called the store, they wanted to re deliver that same pizza an hour later. I asked them to re make it and redeliver and if there would be any compensation. The unprofessionalism on the phone was ridiculous. The girl on the phone couldn't answer any of my questions so she proceeded to ask her manager from across the room everything without putting me on hold/mute.
