Welcoming was good. Ordered a vanilla bean latte as per the menu. The texture is thick like a shake. Tastes like drinking a 10 tablespoons of stevia. I saw them making it from a pre made cup of cream and powder. They should have mentioned if there is no coffee available instead of giving a bad drink to customer. And charged me $8.87 for that drink called coffee. I mentioned them the latter gave me headache and upset my stomach. They ignored and when I asked for a refund seems like their computer is not working and their manager will return after 3 weeks to fix the computer and then he will talk to me about refund. This is the worst coffee and latte I ever had so far and not just me I made my family and friends taste it. Every single one of them regretted tasting it and they hold the same opinion that worst latte ever.

You have NOT or NEVER mentioned that your coffee section is protein based. You have NOT established that your coffee does not use milk or cream I asked the gentleman who took my order multiple times if they have hot coffee and also corrected him and the lady when they took the order incorrectly as iced frappe after asking multiple times. It's not 40 min. I called you after 30 min which includes 5 min you prepping my so called coffee and another 5 min explaining new editions to your menu that has only 9gms of sugar. I thought it's only fair to give your coffee a review after getting multiple people opinion on your drink which took another 10min. I clearly mentioned that I don't do protein powders so I am not interested in any other drinks you offer which is why I requested a refund for which you replied that you would gladly do and asked me to call after 5 min and when I did, you started to tell me that your machine isn't working.

I understand you are embarrassed. My intention was to be fair and shared a genuine and polite feedback through call and how my stomach was upset because of the drink. I only decided to put in a review when you didn't value your customer and on top of it lied about the machine not working and your manager not...

My hairstylist moved to bex and co which is practically next door. I'm working on my health so wanted to grab lunch after my appointment saw this place and walked over. Couldn't be happier. The woman who helped me was so friendly and wonderful and the store has a charming vibe.

I got the churro shake on her recommendation and it was fantastic! Wonderful flavor and am still astounded that its so low calorie! I got the monkey bowl to take home and split it with my husband who loved it just as much as me! It's hard to go wrong with bananas chocolate and peanut butter! Was amazing! Portions are huge for the calories and very filling. This will definitely be my go to after every hair appointment wish I lived closer.

Man, I don't want to share my review because I wanna keep this place to ourselves. I want to be selfish but omgosh! This place is awesome! Me and my husband been staying at Georgetown for 3 years! And barely coming across this awesome place! Their bowls are so delicious 😋 we had to go back the next day and get some more with Teas this time. Their Teas are like no other! So refreshing and very healthy. It's a place I've been looking for and finally came across something so good! 🙌 Customer service is the best too! Not sure if the woman that served us is the owner but very friendly and attentive along with her other coworkers. We also got the waffle 🧇 and that's so good too! Highly recommend this...
