I'll start by saying the service and friendliness is top notch, and the coffee is the typical Starbucks quality you expect in for the franchise, which is a good thing.
The star deduction is because I think there's a negative feedback loop with the current online ordering process. Due to the location's tight and busy location at the corner of the strip mall; there's usually a number of cars trying to park, wait in line at the drive thru, and cut through the parking lot all at once. It can be a mess; and the drive thru can be pretty stressful during those peak times.
Here's my experience during one of my first visits as anecdotal evidence. I ordered online about 10 min's ahead of time expecting it to be busy, and choose "pickup" to avoid the drive thru line chaos. I arrive and both indoor and drive through are packed. I walk in, and get stuck waiting for I think between 15-30min for my one tall Americano. Meanwhile I watch others get their orders and the drive through moving. I noticed that the drive thru line had finally cleared before my coffee ever came up. I asked the barista if it would have been faster if I'd done drive thru and she said yes. So now, even though I'm willing to come inside, I don't risk it; and instead have now become part of the traffic jamming the parking lot, exacerbating the problem.
I don't know what the solution is, but the short version of my complaint is that the current process incentivizes the traffic jam in that area. There is room for...

My wife and I visited this location through the drive-thru, and we were helped by Mars (Marisol). When we got to the speaker to have our order taken, she greeted us with a very warm, and genuine greeting.
We ended up ordering a Vanilla Latte (Hot), a slice of Iced Lemon Loaf, and a Pistachio Frappuccino. We were a little disappointed at the fact that this location had sold out of the Lemon Loaf. But Mars, as she should, suggested an alternative, and we ended up purchasing a slice of the Red Velvet Loaf instead.
Additionally, and it happens, we had a small misunderstanding in the order where we ended up with an Ice instead of Hot Vanilla Latte but Mars was very professional, and friendly about it, and quickly corrected our order. The time to fix it was very reasonable and the service was outstanding.

I have been going to this starbucks for a while, for which I know the prices and drinks pretty well. I had an encounter with a manager who was trying to over charge me for my drinks and when I asked why she was overcharging me, she sounded careless and unprofessional with no reason as to why. Upon reporting this, there was no call or outcome as to why this was happening and no reason why the manager had been discriminatory towards me. There are some great employees working at this starbucks, but after this encounter with this unprofessional manager and no obvious care for customer service, I fount it uncomfortable to continue going and showing support for a coffee chain that did not care about its...
