I have worked in the coffee industry for almost 10 years and I know how difficult it can be to keep a positive attitude at all times and provide the best customer service regardless of what is going on in your personal lives. I come to this Starbucks at least 2-3x a week and every time I come, I look forward to seeing DIANA making my coffee and greeting me (and others) at the door. Read moreI waited 18 minutes for my drink. I asked twice about it. They said “I’m making it”. Then when they put it up, I didn’t even hear my name.They let it sit there without getting my attention. Staff was inefficient. I saw several people waiting 10 minutes for their drink. I did not feel like a valued SB customer at all.
While I was sitting in my car after, an employee came out and asked if we forgot our cup inside. It was an empty paper cup I left on the table. He knew it was empty. Trying to send me a message? I should have put it in the garbage? Weird move on his part.
