The chocolate frosty machine has been down for weeks now, it seems. I go for frosties occasionally and each time only the vanilla is available.
Long version, basically a rant: I recently dined in and ordered a meal but wasn't handed a cup after paying. When my food was done I picked it up at the counter but still no cup, so I asked for one. I paid for a large so when she asked what size I said "large". (This is all happening with the same original young lady who took my order.) I dont normally eat at wendy's so idk what their large looks like, ie how many ounces. I took the cup, filled it up, got a lid from the "large" stack and it was too big. She had given me a medium cup. I went back and asked for a large cup and they had me show the receipt. Annoying, but I guess I understand. After that I wanted to order two frosties. Asked the lady (same one from the first transaction) if the chocolate frosty machine was working. She asked if I ordered one. I said no, I wanted to know if it was working because I wanted to order some. She asked the manager and turns out it was broken. Okay, so I asked for two small vanilla frosties. The manager overheard a bit and asked what size (I guess to help and get them ready while I paid) and the lady at the counter said large. Umm no. I spoke up and said "no, two smalls".
Okayyyy idk what the deal is with that chick but my head was about to explode. First no drink, then she gave me a medium when I ordered large and I had to show my receipt to finally get my large cup. Then she couldn't answer my simple question on if the chocolate frosty machine was working. Then I order two small frosties but she tells the manager I ordered large. What the heck. She needs to get it together or not work the counter and PLEASE FIX THE DANG CHOCOLATE...
Read moreEdit 9/29/24: 2/5 stars. Order was accurate (minus the toy in the kids meal) but it was still a 13 min wait once I arrived to pickup the food. Was also instructed to pull around to one of the mobile pickup spots, likely to pad their drive thru timer.
Edit 10/18/21: 1/5 stars. I tried to use my rewards points to get a free Dave's Double, along with a few other paid items in my order. After a 10 min wait in the drive through, I finally received my orders and there was no double I'm the bag. I let the employee know that I was missing an item, and he said that their monitor showed the double, bit it was crossed out and they were not to make it. And that if I should contact the app support. I wasn't able to pull the app up while at the window because it kept crashing. So I didn't get the food that I was rewarded for being a loyal customer, and I lost the points spent on that food. While I may still stop at a Wendy's every now and then, I'll never visit this location (my nearest one) again. They just keep finding new ways to upset and frustrate their customers.
Edit 10/2/21: 2/5 stars. Order accuracy has been falling lately. Had 4 Jr cheeseburgers as they come. All four did not have mustard or onions, and one didn't have pickles. 4 of the same burger.
Original: 3/5 stars. Tasty burger, usually pretty quick. The restaurant is still the old style Wendy's and not the newer modern ones. The front sign has been broken for months and they don't seem to care to...
Read moreWent inside to order, because it was raining and the drive-thru was excessively long. I placed my order with one of the young associates working behind the counter. After 15-20 minutes our food was presented to us. I had 5 separate meals so I checked the 3 bags and counted all of the items to make sure I didn't drive all the way home (15 min away) and discover something missing. Everything was thrown into the bags with no organization, crushing my burgers and my fries and nuggets were all spilled out into the bags. I thanked them and told them to have a nice day. When I make it home, my wife tells me that one guy working behind the counter in a red t-shirt and another guy were laughing and snickering about my checking the bags. Now, it seems to me that it only makes sense to check them rather than drive all the way home just to have to turn around and go back, but apparently this was hilarious enough to warrant disrespect of a customer. I was the only one that got my food without complaining or shaking my head and rolling my eyes at their slow, lazy service. I tried to call them to speak to a manager about it, because I'd rather do that than write a negative review on here, but they couldn't be bothered to answer their phone. I will probably never go back to this restaurant. I don't tolerate disrespect, especially when I have given them the utmost respect when they did little...
