The food is good. The staff works really well considering the close quarters, everybody bumping into everybody, layout of the workers part of the store. Seems not as safe of a workplace compared to the Wendy's competition that does what it takes to upgrade their stores so that it flows in a safe manner. This one here in Georgetown KY on Paris Rd is so outdated it and squished together that it is a wander that the incredible staff can get any food out at all. The AC is broke so on heat advisory days the staff is stuck being crammed between 2 grills and a fryers with enough room for 2 people to pass by each other if they turn sideways. Frosty machines on opposite ends of the store in the back of the house making it tough to trek through the store to get a customer a frosty wether in drive thru or lobby. The maintenance person is doing subpar work with a minimal budget so it's no surprise that the AC in the back of the house isn't working, towel dispenser is falling off the wall in the men's restroom and a number of other things breaking or not working properly through the bathroom lobby and employee work area. It almost like the people that own this joint just don't care about what shape it's in as long as it's still takes the customers money. The food is good tho. The staff that tolerates this insane ( by normal company standards) work condition is awesome and they do their absolute best to make great food and give the customer the best Wendy's experience. The owners in my opinion are lacking in a bad way and are definitely relying on the workers to pull thru and pick up their slack without reward. Staff hands down are awesome! Food is good! Read moreMe and my husband went into this place 2 days ago due to us passing through from Tennessee and we have the worst experience. At first things were okay. We ordered our food got our cups. My husband had took our oldest son & put him in a highchair while i had our youngest son in my arms while making my drink. I get done making my drink & start to walk over to my husband & slip and fall. NO WET FLOOR SIGN, NOBODY FROM THE WHOLE PLACE (EMPLOYEES) EVEN TOOK TIME TO SEE IF I WAS OKAY NOR WAS ANY ONE OF THEM CONCERNED. LITERALLY STOOD THERE & STARRING AT ME. My husband & another older gentleman helped me off the floor. Then my husband asked for a wet floor sign, the cashier looked at him like he was stupid and still did nothing. My husband had to walk across the restaurant just to get the wet floor sign himself and they didnt even come out to the lobby to even clean up the mess. Worst place ever, do not give them your money. My mother in law called them after the incident no answer and finally when she was able to get an answer the manager stated that she had no knowledge of this happening & asked if we could come in so "they could make It right" we are from indiana as I stated we were just passing through. The girl Put order in register wrong when ordering.I asked for her to correct it but she did not know how to delete anything from order.she called for someone else to come do it but that didn't happen as min went by. I said forget it, I would take order as it was slow because another employe had Dumped chick nuggets back into warmer after customer brought them back and got caught trying to give them to a unhappy customer in front of me .i waited 15min then They put about half my order in bags on counter. (Im not exaggerating,15min!)when the rest of my food came out I was ready to go!which was another 10min. Got back to eat(4min away) and everything except the 4 extra $1 cheeseburgers were cold. THANKS ! My order was 2 of the #1meals"baconators" which they forgot my bacon on both sandwiches, cheese frys and 4 single burgers. About $25 and 25 min wasted. The girl working fries gave me a card for a free meal ticket. I'd rather just have what I paid for! Wendy's disappointed me. Need more training from qualified personnel! Must be hard running...
