Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Georgia

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A RESTAURANT, I WAS THERE ABOUT THE SAME TIME THAT THE OTHER PERSON Kay leu was there this bartender her name is LAYTANYA, THIS GROWN WOMAN IS HORRIBLY HORRIFIC AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SHE DOESN'T NEED TO BE RETRAINED SHE NEEDS TO BE UNEQUIVOCALLY FIRED AND ESCORTED OFF OF THE PROPERTY!!!!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND THE OTHER PERSON THAT I WAS WITH, THE PROFANITY THAT SHE WAS USING TOWARDS THE OTHER PERSON THAT I WAS WITH WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I THOUGHT THAT I WAS PUNKED AND ASHTON KUCUTER WAS GOING TO JUMP OUT WITH CAMERAS AND AN ENTIRE CREW!!!! SHE WAS DRINKING THE WHOLE TIME THAT WE SAT AT THE BAR!!!!! WHEN WE FIRST SAT DOWN AT THE BAR, MY CONVERSATION ALWAYS STARTS OFF WITH ANYONE, THE HOMELESS,,KIDS, ANYTIME I ENTER ANY BUILDING ARE "HEY HOW ARE YOU DOING, WHAT'S YOUR NAME!!!!" SHE NEVER TOLD ME HER NAME, THE ONLY REASON THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET HER NAME WAS BECAUSE IT WAS ON THE RECEIPT WHICH WE RECEIVED BEFORE ANY FOOD WAS BROUGHT OUT!!!! AS I WATCHED HER HORRIBLE WORK ETHICS AS SHE SUPPOSEDLY WASHED THE GLASSES FOR THE DRINKS,SHE UNSANITARLY DIPPED THE GLASSES INTO WHATEVER CONCOCTION THAT WAS IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK THAT WAS UNDER THE BAR, NOT ONE TIME AS I WATCHED HER EVERY MOVE DID SHE ALLOW AMPLE OR ENOUGH TIME FOR THE GLASSES TO DRY!!!! I SAW THE DRINKS THAT THIS BARTENDER PREPARED WITHIN THE GLASSES THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY WASHED THEY STILL CONTAINED VISIBLY SOAP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GLASS!!!!! THE ONE DRINK THAT SHE USED THE SHAKER FOR, MAJORITY OF THE ALCOHOL WAS SHAKEN ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE AS SHE WAS SHAKING THE DRINK THAT'S WHERE MOST OF THE DRINK LANDED, SO WHOMEVER RECEIVED THAT DRINK IT WAS DEFINITELY MORE ICE THAN ALCOHOL!!!! SO I POLITELY PULLED ONE OF THE SERVERS NAMED KENDALL, NOW SHE WAS AWESOME AND SO VERY APOLOGIC. THE CONVERSATION THAT KENDALL AND ENGAGED IN NO ONE ELSE COULD HEAR!!! UNBELIEVABLY THIS BARTENDER LAYTANYA, RUDLEY SAID TO ME,"YEAH WHILE YOU TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT WHAT'S WRONG IN THE RESTAURANT,GO AHEAD AND CALL SOMEBODY!!!" I NEVER USED ANY TYPE OF PROFANITY TOWARDS THIS BARTENDER, BUT I TOLD HER THAT I DON'T NEED TO MAKE A CALL, I AM THE CALL!!!!!! THE VENTILATION THAT IS ABOVE THE BAR IS HORRIFIC, THERE IS SO MUCH DUST AND DEBRIS BLOWING ALL OVER THE BAR, THE GLASSES,THE STAFF, THE PATRONS AND DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE FOOD!!!! THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS A GARBAGE CAN!!!! THE ONLY REASON THAT I STAYED WAS BECAUSE I SAID TO MYSELF THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY HELP, BUT TO MY DISMAY, I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN, THIS BARTENDER IS HORRIBLE,THEN BECAUSE SHE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO ME I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I STILL NEVER USED ANY PROFANITY TOWARDS HER!!!! SHE BASICALLY STARTED AN ALMOST BRAWL AND A BACK AND FORTH BICKERING MATCH WITH THE OTHER PATRONS, THESE PEOPLE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT SHE AND I WERE INTO!!!! THERE WERE SO MANY GNATS FLYING AROUND THE BAR IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!¡ THE CITY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOWN, BECAUSE THE STANDARDS THAT I OBSERVED TONIGHT WAS NOT I'M SURE THE ETHICS OF APPLEBEE'S!!!!!! So I was a little more lenient because I used to work at this location. It has hit it's bottom. My son chose to Applebee's to eat after the Fair. We'd have been better off eating at the fair. We arrived at 9pm on a Tuesday night. Upon entering there were plenty of empty tables however we were informed that the kitchen was behind which gave us a 30 minute wait time to be seated. When we finally were seated we were sent to a table and had no menus or no one to greet us for bout 5 to 10 mins. I asked the manager who passed by if he could assist us with getting menus. Once our server finally came We ordered the 3 rainbow candy lemonade & a sweet tea in a to go cup, she came back with regular cups no straws. After realizing her error she said oh these are new cups but Imma go get what you asked for. Both cups did not have the candy that was pictured on the menu which was why the birthday boy order the drinks. I asked the server about it and she stated that the staff had eaten all of the candy. Which would have been nice to know upon order the 3.49 single drinks. However I let it slide, my son and his dad ordered the 2 for deal with mozzarella sticks, bourbon chicken skillet and a burger. To which we did not receive any marinara sauce which we were told they were making more and would bring us some asap, never happened. My daughter and myself order the spinach dip with the tenders (dipped in buffalo) and the Garlic sirloin medium well with mash and broccoli. Our dip came out and was slightly warm and the cheese was not fully melted but the chips were stale and burnt so now I'm extremely disappointed but hungry so kids ate mozz sticks with ranch and I ate the very chips that weren't extremely burnt. Our entrees came out everyone else entree looked okay but my food of course, steak was overcooked and dry with the broccoli being burnt all at the bottom. Our server disappeared for about 25 minutes afterwards so I had to reach out to a different worker to get the manager. He apologized and offered to get my stuff remade but at this point I was over the experience and asked that he adjust our bill so we could leave. After he walked away 5 minutes later the server finally appeared with the bill still unadjusted, so I had to call the manager again, as we wait and others are being, seated I saw a roach crawl around the table next to us. The manger finally comes back to adjust the bill, he stated he would bring me a new spinach dip one was already being made. Tho I did not want it I told him yes as I knew it was him trying to do a service recovery. 35 more mins later I had to flag down another worker who had the manager come back (no spinach dip still) then we finally were able pay so we could leave. Now it is a school night, my son's birthday we are just leaving unsatisfied at 1115. Me and a group of friends went only four of us total we were ready to order after looking over the menu for quite some time. It was hardly anyone in the location, so that was a good thing for us. You wanted to order the classic combo then when we ordered, we were told that there were no more boneless wings, so then we attempted to see if we can get the traditional wings to substitute the boneless wings manager came to the table told us no corporate had taken it off the menu for them. They couldn’t even bring it up but they did have traditional wings that will cost double the price of the 1799 for about four wings. That was ridiculous we refuse , someone ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the rest of us place our orders about 10 minutes after we placed our orders the server came back to the table looking disappointed stated that they were out of chicken. They were not frying any more chicken or they didn’t have any more fried chicken so we asked about a grilled chicken breast. He said yes they can definitely substitute for a grilled chicken breast instead of the fried one like the menu stated we were confused as why they couldn’t just drop the chicken breast in the grease, The manager was not accommodating or would not budge when it came to substituting traditional wings for the boneless wings for the combo and told us that for traditional wings would be double the 1799 and that was ridiculous. Once we were done eating and drinking, we asked for our bills, the server forgot a lot of things but he was still OK but then we were told by the server that they didn’t have any lids to any of the to go containers so he doesn’t know how we would take anything out since they didn’t have Lids we ended up asking for aluminum foil, and he was accommodating to bring aluminum foil for our items to take home I should’ve went to Fridays. This Applebee’s is really out of everything is not accommodating for the food choices and no one told us before ordering of all the things that they were out of. He finished it was not hot. It was warm. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way through. Seems like they put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Also, the bathrooms need to be attended to as well.
