we had a group of 6 went in for dinner half the building was empty but still got told there was a wait as we set their waiting a middle age lady that worked their was constantly being very rude to the girl working the door yelling at her because she was trying to seat people down she was told only four tables per servers that people can wait till some leave even though half the building was empty she was rude to all the workers the whole time we was there the waitress tried her best but food took forever to get none of the meals was cooked right the soda machine was messed up got served carbon water with brown tint the older lady was still bossing everyone around the whole 2 plus hours we was there then a older lady came in was seating across from us she asked the waitress several of time if she could take her drink order kept being told she would be with her in a few so she asked the old lady that was bossing the servers around very rudely if she could atleast take her drank order and the woman snipped at her saying no i can not im not a server some one will be with u soon well the rude worker went and hid so she wouldnt have to help the lady so we went to pay for our meal took 30 mins almost after giving them our cards to pay to get it right as they charged ea card for wrong totals very unhappy with the way this place is ran and how the woman was treating her coworkers and even more pissed off on how they treat the elderly when the woman just wanted to order a drink then after we went out side we all talked for about 20 mins as we noticed that when they finally took the older lady's order which means she was there almost a hour before she even got to order or get a drink this is the worse applebees we have ever been too out of the 7 states we have ate at them at all the management at this place to have a sit down with a district manager and be told how to treat coworkers and esp the elderly people very very very disappoint with this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! worse 130 ever spent on a...

Ordered the $30 meal for 4. Which includes chicken tenders, fries, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, salad. Ordered online for a togo order. The website stated it should be ready in 29 minutes from the time we placed the order. We got to Applebee's earlier than 29 minutes. Our food was already bagged and ready. Our fries were cold, and some were hard. Not freshly fried at all. The chicken tenders were old as well, not freshly fried at all. I can tell these items were not made to order and were most likely made and sitting. Very disappointed. The mac and cheese is completely bland. It taste like nothing. I had to add seasoning and flavor it myself for anyone to eat it. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing that seemed freshly fried and still hot when we got home. Cheese was still melted inside. The Ceasar salads were fine! I had to ask for other sauces because they only include honey mustard and marinera. Not everyone wants only honey mustard for all of these chicken tenders. Portion: is off. I don't agree that this is enough food for 4 people. Because it wasn't. I wasn't feeding kids, adults ate this and it was simply not enough. Not enough coleslaw, mac and cheese, fries, or mozzarella sticks. But there was enough chicken tenders. The salad portions were skimp as well. The black bowls they are in only cover the bottom. They were not completely full. Giving a one star because the food should have been made fresh especially when its to go and people have to drive home with the food. And because the time on the website told me it would be ready in almost 30 minutes. I don't live far from this location I could have been there well before the time I showed up. So how long was my food just sitting there bagged up for? That's how I know all the food was previously made and they weren't serving freshly fried food. First off, I am eight and a half months pregnant. I let the server know right from the beginning because I didn't want any problems. The server was great and very polite. A little bit forgetful but coming from serving experience I remember what it can be like. Not only did they get my son's dinner incorrect, they brought me a steak that was clearly old and over cooked after I asked for medium rare. My baked potato was absolutely disgusting, no amount of butter or sour cream could aid. After showing him the steak, they said they would bring me another. The steak wasn't medium rare, it was raw and you could tell whoever cooked it just kept flipping it back and forth on the grill. The manager didn't even apologize when I cut it in front of her to show her how disgusting it was. She laughed and said "I've been there before". Then 25 minutes later they finally bring my son's food. We get the bill and it's $4 shy of $80. The manager still didn't apologize and sent the server over to explain the bill instead of taking responsibility for the restaurant and staff herself. I was going to take the steak home to feed my dogs and they insisted we take it out of the Togo box so they could use it as a "learning lesson" for the cook. Ten minutes later the server comes back with a bill that's $20 less than what we first received. Once again she never apologized or try to compensate for a disgusting dinner I took two bites of, didn't even touch the steak. Usually we just pay and go on our way but this was the worst service and food I have ever received anywhere. For a female to not even be sensitive to another that is pregnant just blows my mind. I've had managers where I've worked comp a whole ticket because one thing wasn't correct. I wasn't asking for that at all. I will never return to this Applebee's or any for that matter.
