I travel a route that goes up 75 and thru Chattanooga often. If your timing is off you will end up sitting in endless traffic at the state line. Ordering and receiving 2 sandwiches and a drink shouldn't take 15 minutes max. And im back on the road. Standin in a line of 4 ppl i waited 20 minutes just to see 1 order taken. I heard the one guy that had order complain that he had been waiting for 30 already. At that point i went next door to McDonalds. This put me off schedule by 40 minutes and sat me right in the middle of lunch hour rush in Chattanooga. I was 2 hours behind schedule when I got to the destination in west Tennessee causing the team there to have to stay after hours for the offload. This was the second time this year that 2 lousy sandwiches from this place has caused 5 ppl to ruin their evening plans. I will NEVER stop at this restaurant again. Oh and not once did an employee here try to even explain the situation. They didnt even come up to the counter to acknowledge customers were there. Never never never stop here if you need to keep...
Read moreWhat a wonderful experience! I was a little undecided about what exactly it was that I wanted. The Manager at the counter, Anna, was quick to inquire and engage with me and we had some good little laughs. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted after wanting to make a slight modification to a menu item. I've spent nearly 5 years working in quick service restaurants and nearly 5 years working in full service restaurants. Her personality and hospitality exceeds what would be considered standard. Extremely friendly. I can honestly say this is the best Arby's experience I've ever had. Kinda wierd because I never expected to be so please with just a quick stop in for a meal while on the road. If I lived here, id definitely be back.

Read moreMy $8 sandwich with beef brisket was too fatty to eat, I tried to swap for another of equal value since I was hungry and was in a hurry. The person that took my order had to ask their manager 🙄, they came and handed me a sandwich without asking what I wanted. I started out and took it out of the bag. It was the cheapest smallest sandwich they sell. I brought it back and complained about the $3+ difference in price...again back to the manager who rolls her eyes and reaches und the counter and proceeds to hand me 2 dollar bills. At this point , I was late, hungry, and extremely angry. Bottom line it cost $18 for 2 reg r.b. sandwiches and 1 med fry. No drinks. Ridiculous. Will...
