I arrived here in the drive thru at 10:12 after work. I orginally orderes 2 for 5 chx wraps, 2 kid chx meals, and gyro. I was informed by the shift manager chance that bc it was 40min before closing that it'll take a min for the gyro. I said "ok no worries, i can go without the gyro"...I pulled to the drive thru, paid and waited about 7 min. He came back to the window and asked can he give more chx nuggs with the kids meal instead of one of the fries bc one of the fryers were off, at this point its not making any sense bc how did you fry the chx nuggets &other fries. So i told him that the extra nuggets were fine. We recieved the food and drove off. Before i pulled out my kids started to eat the food, it was ALL cold and HARD, the meat was dark when you break it apart and chewy! The fries were hard! The chx wraps COLD!....At this point i go back to the window and ask for a refund, and ask why all the food is cold. Chance the shift manager proceeds to tell me "im sorry about that, we break everything down at 10pm so whatever food is left over from frying at 10pm is what we serve until 11pm. I was shocked, as ive been in the food and hospitality industry for 13 yrs plus. To sale me food that you KNOW is old, had me wait, AND i switched my order to make it quicker was TERRIBLE. Read moreI was getting my son some pizza from Capozzi's (next to Michaels" and decided to get a Pastrami Reuben instead of my usual turkey since I hadn't eaten breakfast yesterday. There was a fairly long line at the drive thru, and that's okay for late in the afternoon if food is made to order. My sandwich, if you want to call it that, it did have nice warm bread (I love marble rye) and a good amount of sauce or dressing if you call it that. A little bit of slaw and get this - 1 slice of pastrami folded. Yup, just one. Could not believe it. If I had eaten it in the immediate area I would have driven right back of course. Must say I've never had that problem before in Arby's, but I won't go back for another chance not for $5. worth of sauce. I wrote Arby's customer service and got a reply quickly from the Area Manager who promised to check it out, so that's a good thing. Read moreI had a coupon for buy one sandwich get one sandwich free and if you know how to order from the menu you can get yourself something very, very nice! The store is immaculate late kept, very well run, clean lobby and bathrooms, Great staff in most importantly phenomenal delivery of food and beverage! I visited enough to notice little things in the lobby as well that are quite cute and uniquely different to this location only. I can tell the staff and management enjoy their environment and what they do shows clearly in their presentation and efforts. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the mood for some roast beef or the possibly try something new on their ever-changing specials. Thank you guys for a repeat amazing experience.
