If I could rate no stars for service and atmosphere I would have. To Arby's this has got to be the worse customer service I have had in 10 years. It's pretty obvious that the big girl working the window at closing time tonight 1/29/2024 hates her job and Arby's for employing her. We were the second car in line waiting to order. Nobody at window when we both pulled up to drive Thur to order. Waited 18 mins for car in front of us to order. Then I pulled up and the lovely woman said "go ahead" I then said I wanted a #2 and then was told to hold on like 18 mins was not enough. Then held on for 11 more minutes to finally get to order. The of course the milk shake machine was down imagine that. Ordered my sandwich and got no total for my order was told to pull up. Get to window no apology for having to wait 29 mins to finally get to pay for my sandwich. No greeting at all just her hiding around the corner mumbling a total with her arm out the window. Handed her my card she took it handed it back with nothing said. Came back to window and cram my COLD sandwich through a small open portion of the window. I ask for Arby's sauce she just looked at me pausing like she was confused and told me "In bag" then she turned away shaking her head. I wanted 3 packs pulled up to find out that she gave 2 horse sauce and just one Arby's sauce and a cold sandwich. Wow really! No Thank you or have a good night or nothing. Is this the kind of people Arby's that you want to represent your company?? I'm sorry you don't like you job but you should quit or find you another job not having to deal with the public. It really doesn't say much about your work ethic to be so nasty, lazy and plain out rude to customers because you don't want to have to do anything and your obviously just running down the clock hopping people will just get out of line and leave so you will not have to do what you was hired to do serve the public when they order food from Arby's. A 3.9 rating and I see why from my experience tonight. I don't recommend this store to anyone who wants hot food in a timely manner or service. They don't offer that here cold food and colder lazy...
Read moreSooo, I’m at Arby’s right now, and I’m taking advantage of the weekly free sandwich deal Arby’s have on their app. I ordered a half pound Beef and Cheddar sandwich and Large strawberry lemonade drink. I go inside to get my food, Firstly, the vibe in the store was off. The lady that was at the counter didn’t greet me and looked at me like I was just standing around for nothing. lol when she gave me my drink, I was shocked. This so called “large” cup looks like a small size cup from McDonald’s. There’s nothing large about it. Secondly, I get my food, come to the car to check it and I’m just appalled. This 1/2 pound beef and cheddar sandwich looks like the regular size beef and cheddar. I went inside again, and once again I’m standing there literally looking at 2 associates staring me down, after the 2 minutes awkward stare, the girl with glasses and Afro finally says something. I’m asking questions about this scam of a sandwich and she says, it’s measured on a scale and confirms that my sandwich is 1/2 pounds. I haven’t had Arbys in yearsssss, but today would definitely be my last. I remember 1/2 pound sandwiches coming in foil paper or the plastic containers cause they were so huge and heavy. The sandwich is lukewarm and cheese looks yuck…hopefully the warmth of the microwave will bring it back to life…Idc how many free coupons Arbys offer, I won’t be back. And also, giving that this Arbys is on North Druid AKA “the white side” of town, service should have been ChikfilA standard.
EDIT: I added a picture of the half pound sandwich I ordered off the app, that I thought I was getting versus the sandwich I actually gotten. Y’all did...
Read moreI rarely eat fast food, but a friend of mine treated me to dinner. Who am I to say no?
I got the pecan chicken salad (I think that's the name) sandwich meal (medium curly fries and drink).
The curly fries were good, if a bit greasy. I think they're covered with a coating that makes them not only crispy, but oily. Definitely not a healthy choice.
The chicken salad contained apples, grapes, and chicken. I didn't taste or feel any pecans. It was fairly tasty, but terribly soupy; it was pretty messy to eat, especially in my car (I don't go into restaurants with Covid-19 running rampant). I ended up wearing the dressing on my shirt and shorts, which kind of bummed me out.
Two good things: One, the young lady in the drive-thru window was wearing gloves, but no mask. The mask wasn't as important to me since it was the drive-thru and I was far enough away from her being in my car. I just hope the people preparing our food were wearing masks and the young lady didn't scoop our fries into their containers.
Two, those sandwiches are hearty. They're quite filling even if you have a healthy appetite. They sure beat the skimpy burgers Mickey D's serves. But I digress...
If anyone from Arby's is reading this, your chicken salad is way too soupy. It would be much better if it had a thicker consistency. Use real mayo if you don't and don't pour the juice of the fruit into the salad, just the fruit itself. Then you should have a...
