Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

08/13/2022: Very Slow Service Today. New kid would rather be on the fryer than register. 07/07/2022: Fantastic Health Score::200. Asst. Mgr., De'Mario Roman 2as great and the preparers of my Roast Beef and Cheddar with Jalapenos, Jalapeno Poppers, Small Crinkle Fries did a Fantastic Job. I had watched a very old man in front 9f me yell and berate De'Mario and De'Mario was exceptionally kind to him through the entire yelling episode. I was there. De'Mario did NOTHING wrong and was very courteous to this man apparently with no hearing. De'Mario had told him they would call his name when his order was ready. He went on and on about how he was supposed to know when his order was ready. When I stepped up the man was beside me. I told De'Mario that had been the scene every where I had been the entire day. Looking at the man I told De'Mario it must be Grumpy Thursday and I knew De'Mario had done nothing wrong and was Too kind. When I was upper level at any restaurant or retail establishment the customer was always right until they abused an employee or another customer and then they were escorted out. At this Arby's the staff is great, the unit is clean and the food 8s great except for EXTREMELY High Sodium levels. 05/01/2022: Clean, every few minutes someone was out with sanitizer wiping down tables. New Crinkle Fries are Very Good. Did not see Health Score as they keep it in drive through but last week I believe it was 100. Staff was well mannered and kind and had good hygiene. Double Roast Beef with Jalapenos and Swiss Cheese was very good once I added Arby's Sauce and Horseradish Sauce. Otherwise, Dry. All burgers and sandwiches are dry without something on them. Arby's Horseradish Sauce is basically Mayo as it has No Kick. Unfortunately, like most FF and Chain Restaurants, all sauces are loaded with High Fructose Corn Syrup unless they serve Kens or Marie's sauces and Dressings. I love Arby's Poppers because they use Cream Cheese instead of Yellow Cheese. I like yellow cheese but Not in my Poppers. Last review I just bought the cream cheese poppers and orange creme drink. We always come to this Arby's. Today the service was horrible in drive up. I felt like I was at Wendy's. The guy working the drive up must have been new or clueless. Asked us to repeat ourselves 3 times and once more at the window. I should add that it was slow. When we got to pay there were 3cars ahead waiting for their order. It's been 7min and we are still waiting for our food. I stopped going to wendys for the same reason and now will stop coming here. Terrible service!!!! Who is running this place?!!! Someone needs to come get these guys trained. Oh look the car in front of us got their food....oh wait looks like they messed up. Now she is yelling at them. Urg!!!! Can we just get our food. Add 4min to our wait. We are still here and now the line behind us is long. Now the guy behind is getting his food before us and the car in front of us. I would have gotten my order at a sit down by now. Seriously!! The guys are running around back and forth between cars delivering eronw orders. Ok i am up to 15min in the drive. Soo done right now. I have never waited this long at Chick fil A, even during lunch with 2 full lines. Got our food finally and surprise it was wrong.!! Well that's my Arby's...

Stopped in after a few days under the weather. You know, the days you don't want to put anything too heavy on your tummy but you have to eat something. Had the best experience I've ever had at an Arby's. The staff appeared to be mid to late teens, all young gentlemen, who had personality plus and excellent service. And I mean excellent! Placing my order you could hear their smiles through the box. Pulling up to the window, the guys had a rhythm down and you could tell they were a solid team. Everyone had a specific job and they did it with a smile and just great attitudes. Everyone of them interacted with us while our order was being prepared. My friend and I were smiling long after we drove off. With the pandemic and restaurants finding it hard to get staff, it was refreshing to find such a happy, friendly, committed team. And for fast food no doubt! I hope this Arby's can hang on to these gentlemen. I'll go back based off this one experience alone. Not to mention the food was fresh and hot. However, spolier alert, Arby's has discontinued potato cakes. Please...
