Dekalb County has a mask mandate, i went to this business today Tuesday July 28th 2020 was next to be served while being 6 feet from the others customers. The young lady wasn't wearing a mask, I asked her is it a mandate for her to wear a mask while serving a customers she said no. I informed her that Dekalb County has a mandate that everyone wear a mask. She asked me did I want her to put on a mask i said yes she did but she was so rude and a smart mouth and said a lot of negative things where another customer got into the conversation, she was saying I went to eat and forgot to put it back on and more that I couldn't hear everything she said because the other customer was talking at the same time. I asked her to allow another person to served me in which the other young lady done a great job. Since I didn't get her name she was slim built short afro and light brown completion. She don't need to be in customer service plus Brusters are allowing their staff to put their customers at risk that's not a good business move. As a older person I just want to visit a business in a safe matter get my products or items pay and leave. I had another issue before this, going forward I will not support this busters I will go to stone crest mall to double scoop from now on. I work hard for my money and should be treated with respect when dealing...
Read moreI recently visited Bruster’s on Redan Road to treat my kids for their good grades, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location itself might not be the most visually appealing due to the surrounding area, but I was pleased to see the perimeter of the store was clean and well-maintained. When we walked in, the staff member who took our order (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was friendly and patient. He made sure to ask if we wanted our ice cream to-go or to eat there, and he even added sprinkles to the bag without me needing to ask—little touches like that go a long way! Despite the line, the staff were working hard and stayed focused on keeping things moving efficiently, without sacrificing courtesy. I noticed a few customers getting a bit frustrated with the wait, but the team kept their cool and remained polite throughout. As a loyal customer who’s been coming to Bruster’s since my teenage years, I can confidently say this is a place I’ll continue to visit. Great customer service, tasty ice cream, and a spot I feel comfortable returning...

Truthfully, this location has always had terrible customer service from the young ladies they hire (See other Google Reviews for this location) but last night took the cake. I am aware that closing time for this location is 10pm, and arrived at 9:30pm. There were two young ladies working inside who did not acknowledge me initially. I was wondering if they saw me. Finally one yelled to the window "WE CLOSED!!!". I was shocked; this was 30 minutes before closing time and unlike with traditional restaurants, it's not as though they would have had to seat me. Another customer also pulled into the parking lot and they told him the same thing, to his dismay.
The community of Redan is one that's dear to my heart, and I hate that this location is constantly falling behind due to the horrible customer service and bad attitudes. I'm unable to contact a manager for that location (They never pick up the phone when I call either) but they need to make some important...
