WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Georgia

This is now the second time that I’ve ordered chicken tenders as a combo and only got chicken tenders…. On Uber eats sides are advertised as…fries Cole slaw and Hawaiian bread. After the first time this happened (last week) I let it go thinking it was just a mistake but it happened again today. When I tried to call the restaurant to tell them something was missing from my order the girl who answered told me she was getting a manager for me… the person who answered wasn’t a manager and did nothing but talk over me and just kept saying “no it’s tenders only” when I tried to explain that this isn’t how it’s advertised she acted like she didn’t know or care…. She didn’t offer to give me the missing items or give me money back for the missing items. She told me I didn’t pay her I paid Uber eats and to get my money back from them! I had to tell her multiple times to stop talking over me so she could hear my complaint. This obviously has happened multiple times because she said “I know I told the owner”! So if you know it’s an issue why not get with Uber eats...

I am giving a 2 because the cashiers attitude was so rude and disgusting. I feel like she hates her life or her job. I was very nice and kept saying yes ma’am and then told my son to wash his hands with soap, she then said hmpf. I also had my sister tell them that I wanted boneless wings and I did not receive boneless, nor did I receive my drink for my son that I personally asked for. The cashier said that my sister did not ask for boneless nor did I ask for a drink for my son. My brother ordered a chicken burger and she put his name as bill, no problem but she kept saying that it’s not * it’s bill. The burger had lettuce, Tom, and onion so I assumed they just had someone else that ordered the same thing. After a few moments of nobody responding to Bill they took the order to the back to remove the unwanted items from the burger. Idk the food was good but it wasn’t worth the way that we were treated. I would be giving a 0 if it wasnt for the food, I never write Terrible reviews but this girl...

👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 All these stars must be for the wings? Don’t do it! The teenyboppers behind the counter are super fast at bagging greasy food and snidely taking orders over the phone and at the window while rolling eyes. I know it’s a hard job. Black people please stop 🛑 you work in an Asian wing restaurant with a bad attitude 🤔🤣 Oh! You mad! YOU SHOULD BE! Don’t take that out on me!
