We went through the drive-up to get our food this evening. We got home and part of our order was missing. I went back with my receipt (went in as the line outside was long), and when I got up to the register and let them know we were missing part of our food, the manager (who was working in the kitchen), said he made it and it was in a separate container. I let him know that container didn't make it in our bag and I would like to have it. They had no clue where it went, and the young men working just kept staring at me as if they had no idea what to do. The manager said there were orders in front of mine and it would be a while before I got my food. I asked for a refund instead and they said they were unable to do that as the time lapse from when they ran my card initially and when I came back (no more than 10 minutes), it was too late and they couldn't refund my card, nor would they give me cash, and just continued to stare at me like they were clueless how to handle this. I have never been in such a situation where I felt so disrespected by management. No apology, no explanation, just nothing....I finally ended up leaving, frustrated, no food, no money. Read moreMy issue is both the app giving me problems as well as people working at the location. I tried to redeem my birthday reward, but still had to pay $.33. I tried to use Apple Pay, but the app would not let me and I use it all the time. I tried to put in a gift card that I had, but it said there was no balance. I called to verify, and there was in fact a balance on the gift card, but the app wouldn’t show it, so I had to add a credit card. I was spoken to rudely at the drive-through, and decided to go inside to go get the plain cheesecake that I ordered, and was again rudely spoken to. She walked away, handed a guy a slip, and then he handed me the bag without even saying thank you or acknowledging I was a human. It wasn’t until I got home I realized he gave me the wrong flavored cheesecake; I ordered plain and was given Oreo. To add insult to injury, it wasn’t even in the container the way it’s intended to stand up, it was on its side and squished. I am thoroughly disgusted by the whole ordeal. Read morePlaced an online order. The app didn't show whether it went through or not. So I checked my credit card and it's been billed. I the get in the Drive-Thru line and the order is in. Only one car in front of me and it took a solid 7 minutes for them to get one bag.
My turn comes and it takes probably 3 minutes before they hand me my order. They handed out the window without a word. Just toss a tied bag my way.
Part of my order was a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Got the potato. No sour cream or butter. I'd also ordered fish and shrimp along with cocktail and tartar sauce. Fish was okay but the shrimp was hard as a rock. I think they must have fried it for lunch. There was also not a single packet of cocktail sauce or tartar sauce. So I had 15 pieces of shrimp, lobster bites and fish with no sauce. Other than malt vinegar and ketchup for some reason I got a huge handful of each of those.
