I felt rushed and did not have the chance to get what I really wanted, went back on several occasions to let owner I was not happy with what I bought he kept insisting that is was fine but was irritated at the same time. I got charged for the same exact thing I went in with to have changed out was charged $ 400.00 for nothing. He knew I was not happy he did not offer to make the sale right I felt he was very unprofessional and he never smiles when he greets his customers. Went to one of his competators they even stated he did a poor job and his reputation is not good in the community. So the second jeweler ha to fix his screw up that he over charged me for I do not recommend him to anyone , Poor attitude appear to be self centered and I have no clue as to why hes one...

If you are looking for a fancy showroom with sales staff dressed in Armani or Prada, go elsewhere. The owner dresses quite casually, looking more at home on the boardwalk than the boardroom. He offers a nice selection of all kinds of jewelry, however what I like the most is that he is an actual goldsmith. Unlike the average order taker offering the diamond-de-jour, he can customize your purchase without the industry standard of salesperson, to manager, to designer, to goldsmith. I've been down that road a few times with ample frustration. The owner is one of the more knowledgable jewelers that I have run into in my travels.
