Giving this restaurant 2 star because the manager was very friendly and took care of the issues and compted some of the food which I appreciate. It's the worse to have to pay for something that was dissapointing. We could have gone anywhere and regret giveling Carrabbas another chance after our last bad experience. The service was very slow. The bread they bring to the table was rock hard. Could have hurt a tooth bitting into the crust. The crabcakes were super fishy tasting. My sirloin was brunchy crunchy on the top and the shape of the steak gave me partially over cooked and the other thick part under cooked and raw. The alfredo I was looking forward to ended up so dry and like the noodles sat around. Hardly any sauce and dissapointing. I thought my son was happy with his spaghetti and meatballs he ate about half and said he didnt want anymore. We assumed he liked it because he's 6 and didn't say much but later we got home and he threw up red sauce. No joke amd was ill the rest of the night! I myself started to feel very nauseous after. Not to mention after dinner my husband was tired of waiting for the bill so he went outside. I had a mother's day coupon for a free dessert and waited and waited for my tiramisu and bill. Which took forever. It never came. Finally i got up and asked to speak to someone about our experience. Never got my tiramisu. The manager was going to throw in another complimentary dessert but only brought the canoli cake so i never got the tiramisu. After all the time waiting I just didnt care. Being my son can hoover down a whole plate of soaghetti and didnt finish this one should have told me something wasnt right, but I look like a jerk for complaining too much even though its my right as a paying consumer to get satisfaction. We sre more then happy to pay for a proper well made meal but this was not it. Jonestly I wish I never paid for any of it! I had a coupon for a free kids meal and they wouldn't take it with my dessert. So overall the manager compted my meal and my husband's who only had crab cakes and alfredo. Which helps some but I regret paying anything at all. For a chain Italian restaurant it was very dissapointing. I know not everyone has a bad experience. But we unfortunately ended up having one. The manager did try tot ake care of some of it but my son getting ill from the food was enough to make me want to leave a...

Worst experience ever! I have been ordered food at this place so many times - 20-25 times since 2022 -and last Friday I ordered the food as usual and the server said we should wait 40 mins. I told my husband we should take a drink at the bar while waiting and that was my first time to sit inside the restaurant. We asked the To-go server if the bar was opened and he said yes. We approached the bar and the bar tender ignored us for like 5 minutes. The bar sits were full of people and no place to sit and no server to guide us. We sat at the second bar table and a young girl came and asked that we leave the place. I was like wow we ordered some food and we would like to have some drinks while waiting. She responded that we could go sit in the lobby. I was shocked. I was like okay so we should buy some drinks and go sit in the lobby ? Really? She said never mind and left. We finally got some drinks from the very mean and unfriendly bar tender. Then when having our drinks another server came again saying the place was reserved in 45 minutes, I show him 2 more people at the same table as us and told him that they never bothered them and asked why they are not saying same things to them. He left and then 3 minutes later came again to ask questions like if we want a table for dinner we said no we just want to finish our drinks and I asked if there was any issue because since the beginning we have been “bullied” and no one was nice and that was so frustrating. We were not welcomed other people were having their drinks and no one was bothering them. I asked for the manager and he was not better. He barely apologized to us and went to grab our food like if he couldn’t wait to see us gone. Then he brought a gift card that I refused and I told him it’s not about money or gift card it’s about respect you give to your customers. We don’t care about your discount or gift card. We purchased our food for $87 and the drinks for almost $18 something you maybe can’t afford. there are so many restaurants out there and so many customers as well! Lol I won’t miss you at all. You don’t judge a book by its cover …if only you knew! Of course you are all ignorants from the bar tender to the mean servers and to the awful manager you can put your gift card where you want I don’t need it! Whatever!!! The food was boring anyways ! Good...

I visited again with my family to celebrate two birthdays last night. It was 14 of us and Sebastian took care of us. The experience this time was excellent! I wanted to give Carrabba’s Grill another chance since our last visit was so disappointing. I am glad I did as the food was delicious and fresh. We had steaks, seafood, and pasta. Our appetizers were excellent as well. Sebastian did a great job making sure everyone had what they needed and that everyone was happy. We appreciated the birthday desserts as well. Thanks again, we had an excellent time!

I really hate having to write this review but my son’s birthday was ruined. I decided to bring my mom and my 13 year old son for his birthday here as they have never been. We were seated right away in a booth close to the bar. The receipt doesn’t show a name, it just says BAR 2. It appeared that the bartender was taking care of us. We ordered drinks and for appetizers we decided on the calamari and mussels. We started eating the bread and asked if we could please have some more of the olive oil. We ordered our meals, 9oz filet, grilled shrimp with tomato basil topping sauce, mashed potatoes, 2 orders of garlic spinach, fries, and broccoli, 2 house salads with Italian dressing. The server didn’t write anything down as we ordered. The salads came out right away, and then our meals came out. We didn’t receive the oil mix we asked for. We asked where our appetizers were. The server was in shock and asked if she can leave our meals on the table. We politely declined as we wanted to enjoy our appetizers first. Once we were finished the meal came out again and it tasted as if were sitting and just microwaved. The broccoli was so limb and chewy, the shrimp and all veggies were so over salted and peppered we couldn’t eat anything. It was beyond salty, the shrimp didn’t have the basil anywhere. My son ate his steak and we just wanted to leave, we left frustrated, hungry, and not able to even focus on my son’s birthday as so many things were wrong. Considering that it was slow, this is unacceptable, and the chef should taste the food before he serves it, it was not edible. The manager apologized and credited a part of the check. I understand that things happen as times, but so many things wrong at...

*UPDATE BELOW* Being that this would be my first time eating at Carrabba’s My hopes were very high as my significant other claimed this to be his favorite restaurant. This was also his first-time dining at this particular location. The wait was typical for Sunday night 30 minutes. I server was phenomenal, and we shared many laughs. First red flag was the portion size. It was as if we were eating during lunchtime, but it was a Sunday night. Next red flag. They ran out of ricotta cheese. After placing our order, our waiter tells us they are now out of chicken Parmesan, and not to come on Sundays, if we expect to receive a full menu. Once our entrées were received, we again noticed a very small portion size. At this point we ask for the manager. He informed us they have a shortage on chicken, and he would gladly provide extra chicken to make it the full-size entrée we initially expected. Highly disgusted I decided I just wanted to leave. The manager apologized, repeating that they had a shortage on chicken and Sundays are their busiest days. Update: A week after my unsatisfying experience at the Duluth location I decided to visit the Mount Zion location. I ordered the same items. Surprisingly I enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and customer service couldn’t have been better .I will be back at the Mount Zion location. ^* the second picture is the Mount Zion location

Had a great experience here! The butter with oil was so good and the cannolis were top notch! They have great options for lunch not just dinner.

Update to my previous review. Everything about this restaurant has been delicious since my first review below. Gigi has waited on us the past five visits including a party of 13 once all by herself. She has been working with this company off and on since 2011 and is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. Chicken Marsala is my new favorite dish. I love everything from the wine and appetizers to the main course and desserts. Prior review: We had the most wonderful experience for my first visit to Carrabba’s (in Duluth, Georgia). We were treated with impeccable service!!! The manager, Rachel, personally came to our table to make suggestions for an entree substitution and then checked on us several times throughout the evening. Gigi’s personality is so warm and friendly. We started off the evening with the Copper Ridge White Zinfandel and the sampler of calamari, mozzarella sticks, and the four cheese-sausage stuffed mushrooms. My husband had the Veal Marsala with a Caesar salad. I had the Fettuccine Weesie (I opted for the roasted garlic crème sauce at Rachel’s suggestion) with the Sicilian chicken soup. We ended our night with the Cannoli cake for two (in a take home box) we were so stuffed. All of this was so good! I cannot wait to come back in November for my birthday.
