There must be a Manager here in this facility that is not doing his work...I don't know that what happened was because we were'nt eating in the place but everything was a total failure. The cobb salad was not presentable like at other locations, it only had a small slice of egg, and it was all messy as if someone had mixed it; my daughter's fries were pure little pieces of waste that are left in the frying of the potato, not even a single large or medium one, the soda was less than half full; everything was very bad... the staff that delivers the food had a very bad attitude, long faces, they hand over the bag as if they were throwing something in the trash, if you don't like that job look for another one. My family loves Chick- fil- A and we always support it everywhere we go all around the States, because is the best of all Franchises and we love their philosophy; but it is the first time I go to a facility and it is so depressing and disappointing. I must point out that the facility that is on Peachtree Blvd near Pleasant Hill is totally the opposite, it is excellent regardless of whether you eat in or order to go. Someone must do something about this one is bad reputation for the Best...

THIS Alexa was working the front counter while I was waiting for my take out order. I was looking around the new restaurant, seeing how things look and work, and then a young girl about 10 years walked in and went to the counter.
She was SO nervous and chatty! And with all the grace, mercy, love, and patience in the world, Alexa served this little girl. Listening to her tell about getting three chicken sandwiches one time before, "saving" her drink for her when she walked away from the counter, engaging with her personally in conversation, being so indulgent giving her full attention to her...
Alexa, you did not know anyone was seeing your interaction with this girl, and I'm so sorry I scared you a little when I came to ask to speak to your manager, but there was no way I could leave without telling you and making sure somebody on management knew about it....
   Read moreAfter a very long day we were so happy to see a chick fil a right next to our hotel. After being dropped off we walked over to get some dinner albeit it was close to 9pm. By the time we hit the door it was 9:01 and the door was locked. Dining room closed at 9. So I was over and talked to a young man at the drive through and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if there was a way to order from him and just walk back to our hotel and he said you can go through the drive through. Which I had already told him we walked from the hotel next door and then mentioned again we arenât in a car. He said well Oh then I canât help you. I really thought CFA had better customer service than that. How happy it would have made us as customers to just get some nuggets and leave happy. I think it could have turned this review from a 1 star to 5 star - reinforcing the motto that chick fil a cares. Very disappointing...
