Dwight was truly a server like no other. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, it was clear he took immense pride in his work. His warm smile and confident demeanor instantly set a positive tone for the evening, making us feel welcomed and valued. Dwight greeted us with genuine enthusiasm, making us feel like honored guests rather than just another table to serve.

Dwight's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. He walked us through the menu with remarkable expertise, answering our questions with ease and providing thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. It was clear that he was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best dining experience possible. When I expressed indecision between two entrées, Dwight described each dish so vividly that I could practically taste them. His suggestions felt personal and tailored, not the typical "go-to" recommendations servers often provide.

What truly set Dwight apart was his impeccable timing and ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Our water glasses were never empty; he seemed to have a sixth sense for knowing the exact moment we needed refills. When the appetizers arrived, Dwight carefully ensured each plate was placed perfectly, explaining the ingredients and preparation with enthusiasm. He checked on us frequently, but never in a way that felt intrusive. Every interaction struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal.

Dwight's personality added a vibrant energy to the evening. His wit and charm made our conversation with him as enjoyable as the food. At one point, when we complimented the perfectly cooked steak, he shared an amusing story about the chef's meticulous attention to detail. His anecdotes made us feel like we were part of the restaurant's extended family, creating a personal connection rarely experienced in such settings.

The level of care Dwight demonstrated extended beyond the dining table. He noticed I had a slight food allergy, and without prompting, he went back to the kitchen to confirm that my dish would be prepared safely. That thoughtful gesture spoke volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction and safety. His ability to handle such details without causing unnecessary fuss made the evening stress-free and enjoyable.

When it came time for dessert, Dwight's enthusiasm peaked. He described the dessert options with such passion that we ended up ordering more than we planned. The molten lava cake, a dessert he highly recommended, was an unforgettable experience. As he placed it on the table, Dwight exclaimed, "You're in for a treat!" And he wasn’t wrong. The dessert was extraordinary, but Dwight's excitement made it all the more special.

Even when the restaurant got busier, Dwight never seemed flustered or rushed. He maintained the same level of care and attentiveness throughout the night. Watching him navigate the bustling environment with grace and composure was nothing short of impressive. He made every guest feel important, yet he managed to make us feel like we were his top priority.

As the night concluded, Dwight left us with a heartfelt farewell that perfectly capped off the evening. He thanked us sincerely for coming, expressed hope to see us again, and even remembered small details from our earlier conversations, adding a personal touch that left a lasting impression.

Dwight is not just a server; he’s a true ambassador of hospitality. His exceptional service turned what could have been a routine dinner into an unforgettable experience. I cannot praise him enough for his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for his guests. It’s clear that Dwight not only loves what he does but excels at it, creating memories for diners that will last long after the meal is over. If you ever have the privilege of being served by Dwight, you’re in for an extraordinary dining experience you won’t...

A BIT LET DOWN.. Let me preface this post by saying my fiance and don't order out all that often, but we received a gift as a gift from our baby shower and we're both very excited about this meal. I worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years. Anyways we placed our order online at 5:00 pm for pick up at 5:45 arrived at 5:40 and had issues with not receiving a link from via text for checking-in for curbside pick up. Not a big deal, I called the restaurant to let them know we were there and what space we were in. We waited 15 mins at which point I figured I'd run inside to see and check on the status of the order. I was directed, by the host, to the to-go nook where I waited another 5-7 mins before a server(not the to-go person) entered through the side door of the building to clock-in, after clocking in he asked for my name and checked on my order and told me it was still being worked on. After waiting another 4-5 mins a second employee walked into the nook grabbed some orders that were sitting on the counter and headed outside. Naturally I thought "okay maybe she's heading for my car" well from where I was standing I saw her pass my vehicle. And was then approached by another employee who asked for my name, She then informed me my meal still wasn't ready. When the employee, who walked out with the orders, walks back inside I am asked again for the name on my order. Only this time magically there's my order. I guess it's been sitting there the whole time. Just on a counter not under heat lamp or warmer or anything. It was frustrating but I decided it wasn't worth complaining over I know things happen. We drove straight home(about 5-6 mins drive), and immediately sat down to eat. The food was lukewarm at best. Again I get that it's to-go but had their not been the confusion at the restaurant our food would have been at least 15 mins warmer. As we began eating we noticed that the pasta on both of our dishes were extremely dry. I had ordered the chicken/shrimp carbonara and my fiance ordered the eggplant Parmesan with Alfredo pasta. Also I'm not sure if I just got unlucky or what but my dish only had 4 shrimp, which I thought was a bit danty for a $22 dinner entree. Overall we were both pretty disappointed with our experience. Both with how the proverbial ball was dropped with getting us our food in a timely manner and the overall quality of the food. I've included some pictures of the food, ind you we'd each taken serval bites of the food before taking the photos. Not sure if we just had bad luck or if this is par for the course here, but frankly I would hesitate to choose carabas next...

We've been under this location many times and usually have good service and experience. Lately the past few times we've went we've noticed things going downhill significantly enough that I had to do a review. Unfortunately, a negative review. We were first greeted by Aviana who is very nice and professional! This was on a Tuesday night so very low crowd and not busy. Me and my wife are having a nice conversation seated near the bar area booths but we're interrupted by the five employees huddled around the reception area talking and laughing loudly. Very, very distracting this went on and on. It was a slow night and apparently they had nothing to do but Chit Chat which took away from our experience. Lorenzo AKA Enzo was our server. I think he was an inexperienced server, disappeared a lot, one of our cocktails was wrong, no apology, didn't ask if we wanted a replacement or did we want to purchase another kind, or did Iwant another beer.... he slowdowned at our table when checking on us but never really stopped so I didn't have time to actually ask for additional beverages, our water glasses were empty most of the time. We wanted desert but he didn't have time or ask us we also wanted to get a couple of to go meals for the next day's lunch but he didn't ask or even slow down enough to give us an opportunity to explore desert options and view the to go menu. As far as the food quality our salads were overly wet and mushy, the shrimp was clearly undercooked. A very bad experience. For those who read this and think we might be over complainers it's not the case this was just a VERY unpleasant experience. And typically managers walk around and check in on people especially when they are lower crowds so they can have good interaction with the gas but we never even saw a manager.... with all of the other quality food choices nearby we will probably start going elsewhere. And for management reviewing this our bill was just under 100 but could have nearly DOUBLED if we had another few adult drinks, 2 desserts and 2 to go meals. *...

We had the most amazing meal at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. From the moment we arrived and were greeted at the front door Our service was exemplary! Can’t say enough about our server, Jacob— he’s simply the best and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were more than satisfied with our food selections. Speaking of our Food selections, I chose the Tuscan grilled pork chops and must say it was hands-down one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had. Jacob recommended the Italian Squash which was sautéed with onion and in a luxurious tomato sauce and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese as a side selection along with the broccoli for a healthy choice. The Italian Squash side dish was out of this world AMAZING and complemented the Tuscan pork chop so beautifully! We liked it so much we ordered an extra meal to go for ONLY $10 and opted to add on the soup and bread a mere two dollars more. Hard to believe they have such an amazing special! To make experience even more pleasant the restaurant manager, Amanda, checked on us several times and introduced herself. How Refreshing to see someone in a management position who genuinely seems to care about their service staff and their patrons alike. Bravo to Amanda and her entire staff for making this one of the best experiences I’ve had in the Atlanta area. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and beautiful decorated. Parking and getting in the out of the restaurant was also very convenient. We will definitely be back and thank you for doing such an amazing job!
