I just received horrible customer service from store #5416. I ordered the $3.50 meal with a spicy chicken sandwich and a checker burger no onion or tomatoes and two fry lovers burgers. When I got to the window I added the popcorn chicken box with honey mustard. I received all of my order except the popcorn chicken box, I was pulled up for 5 minutes when I received my order I did not have honey mustard which the guy told me to get back in line. Instead, I got out in the rain walked to the window and asked for my money back for the popcorn chicken box because I was disgusted with the service ( I would have returned the rest of the order but my kids had started eating). He the states he needs my card in order to do the return so I went back to my car to get my car and came back with my card and the other fry lovers burger that I decided I don't won't now after all of this. I was given a reprinted receipt but never a return receipt. I left did what I had to do then I looked at the receipts to verify the return and realized he reprinted the receipt. I went back to avoid confusions later only to be recorded by cashier Naarah who stated " I don't care, ya'll know me" when I asked why I was being recorded the manager Tony responded by saying "I don't have nothing to do what she is doing with her phone" and eventually put the phone down after I repeatedly why they are recording me when I am handling a concern with my refund the I have no proof he issued. Mind you they have customers waiting for food but she's has time to prepare her phone to record me. Then he goes to say he refunded me for two fry lovers burgers. I tried to explained to him that he did not return the correct items if that is he return but he would not give me any proof of the return. He made it seem like I was lying when I brought the bag out the car I had 3 burger wrappers and a fry cup and I showed him. He was still ignoring me he finally called a manager, I asked to speak to the person on the phone, which he repeated their words saying " Don't give her the phone" and ocked the window. I still don't even know if I was given a refund and I am in total disbelief that I experience this. I would like my issue looked into and taken seriously. Please tell me you have cameras that...
Read moreJust got done waiting almost 25 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window they hadn't even started my order yet. They were short staffed I think only 2 people were working. I've been in the restaurant industry off and on all my life so I'm very patient especially when I know people are working hard without much help. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes at the window which was fine because I knew at least my food would be fresh. I watched my food come up and be made at the DT and I knew it was made incorrectly. I ordered 2 double spicy chicken sandwiches and they were made as singles. I asked the guy when he handed me my bag seconds after putting the items in the bag if they were singles or doubles (knowing the answer already) he said yes sir doubles. I said are you sure where he responded once again that they were. I leave and as I already knew he was wrong. Read moreFast food? Blatant lies. I eat here frequently because I work just a couple of minutes away and I was disgusted by the absence of speed employed when I visited today. This location has always moved at a snail's pace, but they took over 10 minutes to prepare two chicken bite boxes. All while I sat in the drive-through, watching as the employee inside wandered back and forth, seemingly doing nothing. To be quite honest, it may have taken even longer. I was going to be late for work and simply left. I hate doing that, but when you order fast food, you don't expect to wait more than 10 minutes. Especially not when your order was as small as mine. A fast food place shouldn't take as long as a indoor-seating style burger-joint.
My parting recommendation? Take the extra ten minutes and drive to a different Checkers. The food is tasty, albeit soaked in grease, but the speed of service at this location is...
