Krystal — Restaurant in Georgia

DISCLAIMER: I have not been here in years so some of the things that happened may of not been the workers fault. It also was busy. I'm sorry that this review is so long.

There was a question asked(driver/family member) and the woman working there was confused. It was a simple question about prices. Then another worker had to come (I don't know if he was the manager) but he understood the question and we could order our food (I didn't order). The original price was 26 something and then it was up to 27 something (don't know why). That was ok. We got the food and we checked to make sure we had everything and we were missing a medium fry. When we went back in the drive thru, the woman working just looked annoyed throughout the whole thing. The food had mustard, a pickle, and some other thing on it that I didn't know about (was not said on the menu). That was fine except it wasn't listed on the menu (I couldn't see it at least). I had a coupon for a FREE ice cream sundae with the purchase of their All You Can Eat Krystal's and French fried potatoes for $5.99 ($7.99 if you want cheese on them). The soft serve ice cream was very good and there was plenty of it for me to enjoy while someone else ate those tiny burgers on steamed buns. My introduction to Krystal's was at a White Castle built in my Brooklyn, New York neighborhood in the late 1960s and I didn't care for them then - where's the beef? A skin-graft sliver of meat with holes punched through it to catch and hold the onion tidbits. I'm guessing it takes a dozen of those slivers just to match the height of the bun. Anyway they are good for those who like them The dining room, less than the width of an airplane coach section, was clean. Came through one night. Only car in line. Ordered a number 4, 3 spicy chiks, and 2 doubles with cheese, a large icee, and an extra large fry. Large fry didnt get put on the order. That's fine. Got home and was missing the 2 double krystals. Boyfriend went back up there literally 5 minutes later and was told by the female manager that nothing could be done without a reciept. He parked and found it and took the reciept inside. The female manager would not speak to him and had two different workers come up to him. Manager finally came up and told him that nothing could be done and handed him his reciept back. He began to explain the situation and she wouldnt listen. The worker offered to pay for the two doubles, even though we had already paid. The manager then walked off and disappeared to the back.
