So I worked late and it was extremely cold so I decided to grab some checkers delivery because they were still open. Needless to say that fix was delivered an hour later, cold as hell, stale as hell. So I couldn’t feed that crab to my family. I got dressed and drive to the restaurant just to see if they would replace the food. Delivery or not who lets food sit in the restaurant 50 mins and still sends it out to the customer. When I arrived I was one shocked a the filth I could see thru the window. The employees were gathered at the back of the store greeting who I discovered to be the manager, all in the kitchen in street clothes. Half of them didn’t have gloves. But I was glad the food was messed up at this point. Because I would never have eaten there. They don’t even sweep the floor or throw the trash away that’s on the floor. Nobody in the entire restaurant had on a hair net. Look at the counter top in the back with the man cutting the meat with no gloves on and the floor under that table! She came to the window with her stomach all out. Just unprofessional as hell. Told me they weren’t replacing the food because I ordered Uber eats. My only 2 questions to her were “what about customer satisfaction or service and what restaurant would send out hour old fries and burgers and chicken bites?” She didn’t even seem concerned with the appearance of the interior of the kitchen. I’ll never eat there again and if you have you may have gotten sick because they don’t clean this place!! I wish there was a zero...

I was picking up a Door Dash order and after the girl was just standing there like she was about to pass out and didn't say anything I was told that pick up was at the other drive thru window when I told her I was picking up a Door Dash order. I guess if a real person spoke to me on the drive thru intercom instead of the robot they had on, they would've told me to pull around to the other window. This was at night and not busy, but they wanted me to leave that window just to go around to the other one when they could've just given me the orders and told me for future reference to go to the other window. When I got to the other window they had me sitting there waiting like they were busy and didn't just talk to me on the other side, wasting my time and making me miss other orders/money and making the people wait whose orders I was picking up. I wasn't about to play those kind of games with them so unfortunately I ended up unassigning myself from those orders and informed them on why.
