The lady is so rude and for her to be serving healthy food and positive vibes she does not have right energy. I walked into this establishment I asked the cashier if they could pull up my order by my number he stated to go ahead and put the number in he then walked away I then said jokily it’s literally just açaí base agave the fruits and agave he chuckled he proceeded to go to prepare my açaí bowl he started with granola I then walked over and said is that mine he said yes I said no granola please its exactly what it says the base agave fruit then agave. She (the manager)then come over scraps the top of the açaí bowl to take the granola off then he proceeded to put banana(now mind you I’m allergic to both these items I then said did you see my previous order he says no so I said are you able to pull it up because that’s what I thought you did? she says yes what is it so I say can you pull it up because I don’t quite remember she says well next time take a picture I then say mam you don’t know what people are dealing with I could be having a hard time remembering things because of health reason and what if I don’t have a phone that’s not the way to handle a customer she turns around and say well these are teenagers learn to deal with them. I said I didn’t say anything to them but is there a way you can pull up the order she says I guess she goes over to the register I’m talking to my sister on the phone I said it’s so hard for me to remember simple stuff !!she goes you know what I don’t like your energy so I said that’s fine !can just get a refund she says no we don’t do refunds we will fix it but I don’t like your energy matter fact you can have your money I said ok that’s fine she continues to keep talking under her breath and says bye you getting your money on your card. People in customer service need to learn to do just that she didn’t have to be so rude. You have a health food store with herbs for health in a sense and you advertise good vibes if you hear someone talking about not remembering something that’s your cue to say oh have you tried this and that to help with that? Now you have a customer that’s how you handle customers and serve you community. We need to learn to humble ourselves. Mind you I’ve been here several times. I will not...

Beautiful space and great location! Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

As someone who truly appreciates vegan and plant-based restaurants, I’m always hopeful to find businesses that prioritize high-quality, whole food ingredients. While this place has a lot of potential, some aspects fell short of those expectations.

What I ordered: Kale Salad: 8/10 – Fresh and well-seasoned Seamoss Sunrise: 7/10 – Bitter taste & a bit runny Majestea Sorrel: 6/10 – Too heavy on the ginger; it caused a burning sensation in my chest

My biggest concern: They only offer one type of tortilla (Chef’s Quality brand), which contains highly processed ingredients, high sodium, and preservatives. GF or 100% whole food tortilla options aren’t available, which was disappointing—especially for a business that markets itself as health-focused.

The website claims: “We serve healthy grab-and-go meals made with real, nutrient-rich ingredients—no added sugars or fillers,” but based on the ingredient labels, that’s not entirely accurate.

I really wanted to love this place, and I hope to see them move toward more transparency and truly nourishing, whole food options...

This place replaced Moorish Medicine that was the smoothie spot before this one. I’ve long since moved out of the area but I was pleasantly surprised to see that after the other spot being closed that this opened in its place. I don’t know of it’s the same people but if it is, they’ve done a MUCH better job! I love the smoothies and the options they provide. Many places let you choose up to 3 fruits before they charge you in the build your own (they do 2), but to be perfectly honest it didn’t matter because the price was still awesome! I mention this only so if you are initially bothered by this - you won’t notice it at all when that total comes up! The flavor is awesome every time and after a 5 mile hike this really hit the spot! The only change I would make is please give us smaller straw options. I wanted to savor every moment but instead I was slurping it down accidentally like a gremlin 😔😆.
