Food is great and delivery is considerably on time to what they say at times --- However be VERY specific when ordering or order online because food will not be right!!!

Service can be better, staff is not too friendly, so again when ordering be very specific or order online. If I had another option for chinese delivery with great food I would order from there instead. But good food still deserves a fair review and rating.

I have never eaten inside, nor would I want to. Definitely unsure if I feel comfortable about eating in a place I know is not too friendly, plus I would definitely hate to not be able to order from there again if I were to have a problem while visiting 😇 No review on cleanliness of public bathroom/ and restaurant

I am a firm believer in tipping, and that it should be based on service provided. I've already paid for the food and the delivery fee since it's not free. With that being said, the drivers definitely shouldn't be disrespectfully​ saying "that's all I get?" Especially when staff is rude on the phone, And my orders at times are wrong...

Additional Suggestions* -There should be a small size container of rice for sale as well... like the half sized container like they have for the main large container...for half the price. They only have one size, one price. For ex: Lrg Shrimp Fried Rice 7.50- well what if I only want a small size and an order of wings? Small size could be 4.50. That could even be a meal Sm Rice and 5pc wing now that can be 6.75 -750 Also updated menus with more or useful coupons. -Have a raffle or giveaways for customers for a free meal or something to give back to...

NO STARS!!!!! We used to order delivery with this location at minimum once a week, if not every other week and the food was pretty good most times. I used to drive and pick up for lunch also for at least the last 4 years. As of the past 6 months, service has died off. The delivery driver acts like he can't speak english enough to say hello, but can say sign here. He has forgotten our soda at least twice. Today was the final straw. He still didn't speak when he came to the door but said sign here. When we opened our food, the four seasons to be exact, it had an odor and smelled spoiled. The sauce was slimy. The only thing they got right this time was the soda. We couldn't eat the meal. 30 bucks down the drain. Normally, I would call them and give them an opportunity to fix but this time, we are just going to not call them ever again. If we multiply $30 by 52 weeks in a year times 4 years, we have spent over $6000 with them. Clearly, we can spend that money elsewhere. Advice: check around and believe what these reviews say. Take care of your customers or they will go...

I ordered from here twice and NEVER AGAIN! the first time i had hibachi chicken and shrimp and the shrimp was over cooked and so was the meat everything was so dry ...the second time i ordered sesame chicken with shrimp lo mein and beef lo mein with (8) hot wings and the noodles were dry ! Calling back to let them know they told me my taste buds were just off “ THEIR VERY RUDE! delivery guy first time asked me for a tip and i generously gave it to him ...second time my daughter opened the door and i hear him yelling at her coming to find out he’s mad because we didn’t give him a tip for driving ! When it’s his job !! The delivery fee was calculated in the order and he tells her not to order again that he won’t come with the food if she does ..reporting it she rushes me off the phone upset about what i said as if she didn’t want to hear it telling me she will talk to her manger and let him know ..I RECOMMEND NOBODY EAT HERE...
