Wings & Philly — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

I eat from this place at least once a week- or someone at my job does.. we have ALWAYS had the best wings, best customer service, best everything… but whoever they recently hired to work the register is RUDE. Terrible customer service… she was so mean, then messed up my order.. no big deal, I called back and asked for them to be fixed as the mess up wasn’t something I’d just eat & deal with.. to which she said sure, I guess. Then I asked if instead of lemon pepper on my wings if I could try the mild lemon pepper(mind you, this cost no extra money..) to which she responded “oh so now you want to change the sauce too” um yeah?? Bc it’s not my fault my order was messed up so I was just wondering if I could try something new.. I want to eat here multiple times a week like normal, but now my girls & I at our store are unsure if we will return if that girl is...

Worst experience ever!!!!! I ordered online for lunch, payed and arrived to the restaurant and my food had not even been started yet! I waited over 15mins to be today that my money would be sent back to my account the next business day, in which we know that is never the case, the young lady at the front was very apologetic but the owners didn't even care about the inconvenience this caused! I now have no food and no money to purchase more food and was told by the owners that she would give me a 15% discount for the inconvenience!! I have to now return to work with nothing in my stomach!!! Life is already hard enough and to be treated this way is insane to me!! I will never order any more food from this establishment and I hope that they learn how to treat people! Disgusting way to handle...

Long time REPEAT customer who won’t be ordering/eating from this establishment again. Placed an order for delivery last night around 8:30/9pm for (2) 6pc wing combos with fried rice. Ordered arrived in shambles (see photos) it was obvious whoever at the restaurant that packed our bag did not secure the tops of the containers as one combo spilled completely out and into the bag. This place is obviously cutting cost because the second container almost spilled due to the cheap/weak material. The food that was salvageable was made incorrectly, the wings were soggy and tasted old. Ended up tossing the entire meal and ordering elsewhere. An extra minute to secure customers food in quality containers shouldn’t be asking for too much...
