I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with the Lower Roswell Dominos, but today's incident took my patience away. I placed an order for pickup, and upon arrival, I was told there would be a 10-20 minute wait. After waiting patiently, I had to ask about my order, only to find out it had been ready for 10 minutes, and no one bothered to inform me. The staff didn't check the receipt properly, causing unnecessary delay.
To make matters worse, my order was completely messed up. The sandwich was so messy that it was inedible, and it didn't follow the instructions I provided. This isn’t the first time I've received poorly made food from this location. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail is unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this Dominos ever again. I hope they take these issues seriously and improve...

This is the second time I order from this location in Marietta. I had a bad experience the first time. I let it go because things happen. I gave them a second chance today. Pizza took 1.5 hrs to arrive. I called twice and they said it was out for delivery. It arrived cold and undercooked. The crust that’s supposed to be well seasoned has NO seasoning. And I mean: IT WAS NEVER SEASONED. I decided to call the restaurant and let them know instead of writing a bad review. The person that answered the phone had trouble taking my address, even though he has my order in front of him as he read to me what I had ordered, and kept getting the address wrong and telling me I am out of his delivery area.
