I moved into this area about 8 months ago and this Dominos is located about 3 miles from my house. Initially I was excited about that but that excitement was short lived. Over the last 8 months I’ve had probably 5 different issues with this location. The last one happened two nights ago and it was the final straw. I got off work and ordered a large pepperoni for delivery 1 hour before they closed. It arrived quickly and the driver acted as though everything was normal. After I sat down and opened the pizza box I was fairly shocked to see that it looked like someone literally threw the pizza across the room. The entire thing was clumped together on one side of the box and there were pieces flipped and topping strewn everywhere. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy. At this point it had probably been about 15 minutes since the pizza was delivered. I attempted to call the store back and their phone went to an automated message telling me to press “0” to speak to someone in the store. Well I did and it pooped me back around to the recording. So now what? No dinner and I’m out $20. I emailed corporate that night and added pictures of the pizza to my email. I’ve yet to hear anything from them thus far. Not sure what it is but this locations is struggling bad and has been since I began ordering from them. After the last incident I’m Done with dominos. I’m not ordering from them anymore. I’d rather give my hard earned money to a company that will at least own up when they mess up someone’s order. Still hoping to hear back from corporate but I’m not holding my breath. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This Dominos is really understaffed, which is understandable as to slow service. But what is NOT acceptable is me calling to CANCEL my order and confirming with the rep over the phone that it has been canceled. Only for me to find out that they did not cancel it and still delivered the pizza 2 hours from when I ordered it. We had declined taking the order when it was delivered because I had canceled it. My card was still ran through their system and they have not refunded my money. I was on hold with the Corporate Office for 2 hours for them to tell me that this store is a franchise and that i could only speak to the management there. I’ve called the store MULTIPLE times to try and get in contact with a manager there, but no luck. I swear the manager is never in the store. Called the store only be put on hold again & im still waiting to speak to someone. UPDATE: i was able to get Britt, the manager, on the phone and she proceeded to inform me that she would have to check the system and gave me her contact information reach out to her on.
UPDATE 1.18.22: The Manager gave me her contact information & i texted her my order information and have not received a response from her in 4 days. It has now been well over a week since a refund or cancellation has been made on my order from 1.9.22.

Read moreI’ve been working at this dominos for about 2-3 weeks and looking at some of these reviews and the reviews we get online in the store I just want to put my 2 cents out here. We as a whole try our best to not only give out good quality pizza but to have it out in a timely manner. That may not always be the case because of the lack of personnel we have and some people understand and are gracious. Pizza quality will always be good but if we have one person in the store not only making the pizzas, but answering calls boxing them up and getting them ready for pick up or delivery I think there should be some kind of consideration/understanding that your pizza may not be ready in 10-15min as stated online. Just like you want pizza for dinner or lunch there are at least 10 other people thinking the same thing if not more at the same time. Nobody is in line to work at dominos otherwise we wouldn’t have any problems and all pizzas will be perfect. I understand all the frustration Bc Im a customer as well but working behind the scene gives you insight.
