Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered my pizza online at just before 1PM and the estimated delivery was 30-45 minutes. The order was accepted, placed in the oven, and the "quality check" was allegedly completed at 1:13. I called twice to find out the status of my pie because the website's pizza tracker still had my pie in "quality check".

The first time was at 1:52 PM, the young man who answered was dismissive (I'm assuming because he was busy trying to handle other orders) and said that he would have my pie out as soon as a driver came in. I said "okay," left it at that, and continued to wait.

I called again at 2:15 and, again, the young man told me they were short staffed, but he would get my pie out as soon as he had a driver and that he was the only one there. He said that he would make sure to re-make the pie so it was hot and fresh. I told him that I understand, but I would have liked to have gotten a phone call to let me know.

I finally got a call at 2:55 from the driver to let me know he was leaving the store and on his way. He was there within 10 minute and had both the new pie and the old. I was still charged full price for a pie, not that there was much to do about it, but I would have thought the extreme wait time and lack of communication would have warranted some form of additional discount.

I really hope this does not become a normal occurrence as I have ordered from this branch several times and never had an issue before today. I don't particularly blame the two young men whom I spoke with, I certainly understand being short staffed, but the management/owner should be accountable for shortages and adjust accordingly.

I will be using them again, with the hopes that there is not a repeat of...

My family and I have ate at this domino’s for years. I’d say they are consistent, I’ve only had one mishap they received an order for 100pizzas or something. We got our food like 3 hours late. We’ve ordered at least 200 times the ratio of receiving the correct order, in a timely manner typically 30 minutes to a hour of ordering.

The wings will sometimes have minimal sauce but are so good it’s worth the risk to try for those saucy boiiis so I order it everytime, cinnamon thingys appear to sit really long and aren’t that fresh every time… if you order on a non busy day (when people don’t get paid) you will get fresh food extremely fast. I’m promise when the food hits!’ Pizza tastes so fresh, bruhhh crust so good, cheesyyyy, delicious food that you need for those movie nights with the kiddos.

Now why is it 5 stars if the food is bussin like every other time we order. These drivers are cool, respectful, and they try their best to make delivery’s on time. One kid literally got bit by a dog at the house prior to ours. He brought my pizza with his hand all bleeding and wrapped up. I tipped him $50 because the dedication. The blood, sweat, and tears, it took to deliver my 7 layers of cheese pizza. Job well done! Ayy shame to the owner of that pup!

This amazing crew of drivers strive to provide great service. My guy enjoys music bruh be jamming when he pulls up with your fooood so you know he is outside. And it makes my day every time! Enjoy life, enjoy music, enjoy...

This place is a dysfunctional mess. Order your delivery pizza elsewhere if you expect food in a reasonable timeframe and decent customer service.

My experience Friday March 22. Placed an order at 5.35pm, estimated delivery 49-59 minutes. Got to 6.45pm, with no updates on the order. Called, and was told our order was next up for delivery. 20 minutes later, still no update and no pizza. Called, but by that point they had decided to stop picking up the phone. At 7.14pm got a notification that our pizza was out for delivery with Edin. Got to 7.45pm and still no pizza. We live 7 minutes from this place. Called again, but of course no one is picking up. I drive over there to find our pizza sitting on a shelf stone cold. They remade the pizza and I drove it home myself. Got home at 8.25pm, so from order to pizza arriving at my house was 2 hours 50 minutes.....little bit longer than the 49-59 minutes initially promised. Complained to Domino's Customer Support and was told that because the shop is locally owned they'll be reaching out. That has yet to happen, so I guess I'll be dealing with my credit card company.

Moral of the story: do not order pizza from this place and definitely not...
