Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

This location has to have some serious management issues. I have ordered from them approximately 5 times. 3 of those orders have been wrong. The most recent time I ordered a build your own pasta. I do not eat meat so I ordered a cheese and tomato pasta. When it arrived there was chicken in it. I called and did not receive an apology but was told that i did not specify that I did not want chicken. It was a build your own pasta with chicken and many other meats as options all in which I did not select. I was told that I can wait 2 hours to have the pasta remade or receive a credit. I don't want a credit, I want what I ordered and I was hungry before I ordered so I definitely don't want to wait 2 hours. (Btw i checked online to see how long it would take for a delivery and it said 40 minutes but the order that dominos employees messed up will take 2 hours) long story short I asked how long it would take to remake the pasta and was told 15 minutes. I went to pick it up from the store after I paid a delivery charge, paid for my food and tipped the driver. ( the pasta was not the only thing I ordered) I did not receive an apology until I asked for one, that was the least they could have done. I am done with this dominos for sure. I haven't ordered in months but decided to give them another chance and they reminded me of all the reasons I stopped dealing with them in the beginning. Also, I love pizza and I moved into the area about a year ago and met a very pleasant gentleman when ordering pizza during the day. Hey went as far as to give me a free lava cake as a welcome gift and I have been hooked every since. It was my first time trying it and it was delicious. I mean delicious. I thought that this was a top rated establishment but I must be wrong. Not at night anyway. This review has gotten really long so I will wrap it up. Basically, I am done with this location. My experience was horrible, I would give zero stars if that was possible. None of the employees all except one was wearing a mask and that was a cashier. None not anyone was wearing gloves!!!! Not the dough tosser or either of the two pizza makers!!!One of the cashiers the one with no mask was actually playing with the dough rolling it in her hands as she typed in my order, I then asked her was she planning on using that dough. She chuckled and answered no, but my question is why would you have dough in your hand if your not preparing food🤔 I wonder if Domino's forgot that we are in a pandemic and the Omicron virus is very a contagious virus, so I believe mask and gloves should always be worn. To top it off I guess to punish me for asking questions they sliced my pizza in different varieties of shapes from square to rectangle, and triangler pieces. If I would have noticed that my pizza wasn't sliced correctly before I left the counter I promise I wouldn't have gotten that pizza!! Tonight I placed a order at 5:54pm and received a wait time of 45 mins and i figured ok why not, maybe they are a little busy. I then went on to watch some YouTube, and relax because 45 mins isn't a walk to the fridge. I checked my order periodically waiting to see it switch to delivery around the 45 min mark. Little did I know that 45 mins would turn into 2 hours plus. I finally got a notification that the driver whos name I wont mention was leaving the store at 8:10pm. I went on to call the store numerous times until someone finally picked and immediately asked me to hold while I listened to the talk trash about other customers because she forgot to mute the phone. I went on to cancel my order and ask for a refund which I will be checking for daily until I get it in its full amount. This isn't my first bad experience with this location but it will be the last one. I wish them well but with all these young kids running the place more worried about their social media and mess I highly doubt it will get better, but then they are a direct reflection of...
