Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

They should start calling in-store orders by numbers and not just what ppl ordered. I was order 1174 and there was a lady that was order 1171. She ordered two avocado toasts, two sandwiches and three drinks. All I ordered was avocado toast.

They called out avocado toast and order 1171 grabbed it and asked where was her other part of the order. I assumed it was mine but since she grabbed, I let it be. They informed her that they only had two toasters working and it would be coming soon.

They call out two avocado toasts, two sandwiches and she takes that as well and leaves. After waiting around 14 minutes for toast, it was just me and a young man with a job application waiting near pick up. Since no one asked if I needed anything, I went to the cashier to check up on my order. Someone apologized for the oversight but they will make it right away.

Waiting more than 15 minutes for toast is ridiculous. There needs to be a better system for in-store orders to avoid this happening again. The toast was good by the way but the service could be improved.

I understand that COVID has changed things especially with staffing and everything takes longer but it appears as if they were well staffed perhaps too many people in the back and considering everyone had their order except me, I don't think staffing was the issue here, just...

Was really disappointed with my experience at this location. I go to Dunkin all the time I order my favorite iced drink and I got it with less ice which is normally never an issue but today they put a significant amount less of drink and STILL a lot of ice when I asked them to fix it they told me they could remake it but it would have no ice and even less drink which would have been about half the cup and that drink is kind of expensive and I’m pregnant so I take a long time to drink my coffee right now and when there’s a whole bunch of ice it’s hard to drink at the end but the staff was very unhelpful/friendly like honestly they could have taken it back and put a bit more oat milk or something and I would have felt better but they didn’t even try to it just wasn’t a good experience which I’m not used to seeing at Dunkin usually everyone is accommodating and would add maybe some milk or cream or something. Usually get my order right and taste good. But it’s only at this dunkin I pay $7 and my cup isn’t even full. The drink starts at the D and it’s not the first time this has happened or the usually over pack it with ice. I’d say Its because of the Matcha but I’ve gone to different Dunkin’s and order the same thing and my drink is always full and not over packed with ice. Like cmon. Update: place still has terrible attitude employees. Ordered a drink no whip w almond milk proceeded to hand me the drink with whip cream when I told them no whip then I see her go and scoop off the whip cream and mix it in the drink. When I say um no they decide to get a new cup and just pour it in there. Then the employee wants to be petty and show me the bottle where the syrup says milk allergen so I got a refund. What is...
