I was highly disappointing in the customer service at this location. I went to order a couple sandwiches and use my drink reward that I had earned from gaining points. Due to the cold and rainy weather I was inquiring about the hot caramel macchiato. I was told it taste exactly the same as iced. Therefore, I ordered a large hot drink and was on my way. The coffee however tasted nothing like the iced ones I have had in the past. I disliked the coffee so much I decided to go back 25 minutes later in the pouring rain, with my full cup, and asked if I could have an iced coffee instead. The two gentlemen working, remembered me and my order, but told me all they could do was add more caramel. After a few other questions, it resulted in them dumping my entire $5 drink, me leaving empty handed, no reward in my app, and not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I went through the drive thru at this location in Cumming GA on July 27th to get three bottled espresso iced coffee drinks and they sold me ones that expired on July 17, 2017. YOU SOLD ME BOTTLED DRINKS THAT EXPIRED TEN DAYS AGO! Disgusting and they were rude. My coffee drinks were thick and disgusting because they were expired. I have pictures of it and the video of me pouring it down the drain where you can clearly see how thick the drink is. I've been drinking these for a couple months and I know they aren't supposed to be milkshake thick. Save your money and don't go here. Also before I forget, the woman (I believe she was Indian) who sold me those drinks in the drive thru had three bottles on the counter at the window and I heard her say "December 2017" while looking at the bottles. The man next to her took those bottles and swapped them out for the expired ones that they sold me so they KNEW they were selling me...

Dunkin' Donuts is a great brand but this is a bad franchise with really rude employees. I was there yesterday to pick up ice cream and kids wanted to try the hash browns. So I ordered one hash brown just to try. Kids loved it so I went back in order another one and guess what this employee says. He says," you should have have ordered more in the first place" in a really rude tone as if he was doing a huge favor on us. Further he adds,"are you sure you want only one or do you want more, you should tell me now". I was shocked cause I have never heard anyone, especially in the restaurant industry talk like this. After a few minutes I went back in to pick up the order and I asked this guy what his name was and guess what, he started arguing with me. That was it - It was time to walk away.
