This is a well deserved review of Big Saving Appliances.We just purchased last Friday a Samsung MultiSteam Moisture Sensor SmartThings Dryer.The Store is clean and their is a lot to choose from ,the staff is attentive and very friendly, knowledgeable about inventory.I received personalized help from Michael and also Huahua the manager they both went above and beyond to help us ,even when I came back with truck to move appliance the same day I was helped to load the truck which was greatly appreciated!! Also the experience of shopping in Big Saving Appliance was Excellent,no one was rushing us and they answered questions ,and even corresponded thru text message the next day when I had a question.We're impressed with the Quality and all the Appliances are top of the line items from basic to all the bells and whistles,we received top notch service,and the dryer is beautiful and works very well, I have used the dryer seven times and Huahua the manager has even tried to help me further by looking up the inventory to check for the matching washer,because I am going to purchase matching washer from them very soon .I highly recommend Big Saving Appliance to anyone who wants the most for their money at unbelievable great prices, plenty to choose from,and comes with a warranty!!! I am so glad we found this store! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The Sales Manager, Huahua, was very helpful and honest about each refrigerator we looked at. We ended up selecting a Frigidaire that had some very minor cosmetic damage. With the deep discount, it made total sense and we easily covered the damage with a magnet that they supplied!! She explained all the charges upfront and even arranged for same day delivery for us since we were local to the area. The gentlemen that delivered our new refrigerator were professional and polite at every step of the way. They hauled way our old broken refrigerator and installed the new one with such ease. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase and very impressed with the level of service we received along the way. They are a shinning example of how a business should be run!
