Stayed here with my 4 year old son because we were craving a vacation and couldn't really go out of town due to having pets/a newborn/my upcoming wedding so we booked this hotel right down the street from our house just to swim and have fun for the evening. From the second we walked in the door we were treated with respect, kindness and staff went above and beyond - gave my son bubbles, let him explore and check out the pool before even checking in, just an overwhelming feeling of positivity. The room we stayed in was wonderful and we stayed on the top floor so we didn't have any noise issues or anything of the like. The pool was warm and quiet. There was a firepit out back we had the option of having a "campfire" at and even though my son was too tired, we were both excited about the idea. There were little games in the lobby my son was playing (tabletop tic tac toe, a giant connect four) and overall we had the best mini vacation we could have asked for. There were max 15 cars in the parking lot so we felt very safe and very welcomed. This might be our go-to hotel for little get aways from...
Read moreMy family and I was greeted by the Clerk Ms. Penny. She explained where everything was at and the opening and closing times. She help register me for hotel points. The front entrance caught my children’s attention as home being away from home. The elevator had a fresh aroma smell. The entire hotel including room was ooh so clean. The bathroom and bedroom
was modern. I love the glass shower and sink. I laid in the bed and felt asleep comfortable. So yes, I felt so warm as if I was home. I felt comfortable enough to walk on the room floor without my house shoes! The television had many channels to choose from. The furnitures were modern also. There was a variety of Breakfast that was perfect. The morning staff greeted us also and asked how was our stay also? I normally bring my own towel and washed clothes. I used the hotel towels because they weren’t worn out or full of bleach. The staff and hotel manager deserves a hand for the quality and standard of this hotel.

Sadly I can not recommend this hotel. In July a tornado swept thru our town causing much to lose power. My son has a medical issue and heat makes it worse so we booked (online) a stay at this Country Inn. When we arrived they also had no power. It was 9:30 at night and many had the same issue so we drove another hour to find a place. I immediately sent a message to corporate letting them know the issue and that we’d like a refund. Corporate told us these are individually owned and we would need to contact the location. I have send emails and left phone messages and have never heard back. I’m still out the $178. They did reply to corporate and said “we didn’t turn anyone away”. True, but I could’ve stayed home with no power for free. Why would I pay $178?? So I will continue to review poorly until this is resolved. I highly recommend the Hampton In. Next door 915 Ronald Reagan Blvd....
