The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Georgia

I had the BEST experience here yesterday! There were two African American woman working who were beyond friendly and helpful and both went out of their way to give me a great experience for my first time at one of these. I so wish I got their names so they could get the credit they deserve!

I went in because a stranger had donated a $50 gift card to me after my house burned down. When they asked if I had been there and I explained the situation, the main lady said the kindest words to me and offered her condolences. Talk about the love and kindness of strangers.. she actually bought me a cake to go with the turkey dinner I got. I was so blown away by this and how they were trying to take care of me. They picked out the biggest turkey for me and helped me decide what to order. The turkey is SO GOOD. The sides were quite large and we were very satisfied after dinner.

I can’t believe I had never tried this place before now and will certainly come back after the incredible experience and meal I had (with leftovers).

Absolute HORRIBLE service!! We got there at 6pm. Website says they close at 6:30. Doors were already locked. Kid by the name of Logan looked right at us from inside and walked to the back of the store. We tried the exit doors and they were unlocked so we walked in. He finally walks to the front of the store and says, “were you at the doors? I didn’t see you.” Umm, you looked right at us!! We proceed to place our order and then out walked 2 other employees from the back. Logan ( we only noticed his name tag on his hat, we didn’t catch the other names) announces to them, “Our last sale of the evening!” Mind you it is only a little after 6 and they’re advertised to close at 6:30, then the older lady elbows the younger lady to remove her vape from the counter top. They were all so very unprofessional and rude! They were obviously in the back smoking and attempting to close shop early. We drove half hour to get there. Went on a tuesday to order 2 hams for a christmas dinner. Called to order during business hours and no answer for 3 hours after their advertised opening. Took time out of my day to go to the store and order only to be told by the very rude young lady working the counter that they couldnt take my order in person that I had to order online. Absolutly rediculous. It took me 25 minutes to order 2 hams online as the app was not working correctly. I'm not sure what happened to this honey baked ham store of if this kind of terrible service is company wide, but this place has gone to the dogs. Honey baked ham is a national brand, how about getting it together. Too bad gen Z has the upper hand in entry level positions and the big corps are having to bend a knee to them with 0...
