I never had a problem with this location using drive-thru, but walking in was a huge difference. First, there were only 3 people in line at the time. I was the second customer. Granted, it was lunch hour, but there were at least 5 or 6 people working. Four of which were discussing in the middle of the counter while the other two were working away taking orders. If there was a problem, two people should have sufficed, maybe even three, but four? One could have helped take customers while their coworkers were running around fulfilling said orders. The first customer received her order and left, but no one decided to help me or the man behind me. After 5 minutes, someone FINALLY decides to acknowledge their customers and calls the gentleman BEHIND me to come up. He places his order and waits as I awkwardly stand in line even though I was in front of him. After he leaves, another 3 minutes pass by when someone finally acknowledges me for me to tell them I'm here for a pickup order. She grabs the bag from behind the counter and rudely tells me, "The order is right here. It's been here for a long time now," as if it was my fault. I told her just that, "No one helped me get my order, nor did anyone confirm if that bag was mine." You know what else has been here for a long time now? Me. Even though the bag was stapled to my receipt and the lady confirmed I ordered one jelly-filled doughnut, one vanilla doughnut, one strawberry glazed doughnut, and two hashbrowns, I come home to find the wrong doughnuts and NO hashbrowns. By far, this has been the most inconvenient and rude experience I've had at any Dunkin' Doughnuts. I'll be returning shortly in a couple of minutes to rectify this situation because this is ridiculous. I've worked in many positions before, customer service being one of them, so I understand the frustration of having to deal with a disgruntled or even rude customer. I also understand that the workers here definitely gave unwarranted terrible...
Read moreWe couldn't wait to get to our favorite Starbucks so we saw that Dunkin's had been renovated, so here we go. There was a long line to the drive through so we decided to go inside. As no one was inside we, we waited for seems like an eterdirty which was approximately 2 to 3 minute. And no one would even acknowledge that We were standing in a empty restaurant at the front counter. It wasn't until After the 3 minutes, we realized that there is a kiosk that you place your order upon it Upon entering the restaurant. No one informed us This was the way that they received sit down or to go orders on the inside of the Dunkin'. Donuts seem like a family own business and we didn't feel like that We were a part of their family. So out of frustration We got back in our car and went through the drive thru, the same person that ignored us on the inside took or order, Received us professionally but messed up our order. Realized this as we drove away. We had to turnaround go back into the restaurant then ask for a refund. This was very disappointing since it's a new, refreshed building. We were excited the old Dunkins had been renovated, disappointed with the customer service. Hopefully they can work on their customer service Moving forward since they're in our...
Read moreI do not do many reviews but have to say something about the experience I just had. My family and I was out Christmas shopping and on the way home decided to stop to grab some coffees and donuts. My daughter and I went in and order a winter white chocolate latte we were told it the flavor was discontinued. So we ordered the Christmas gingerbread signature latte. Again it was discontinued. I was told all the Christmas flavors were discontinued very rudely by young lady behind the counter as a second one behind her snickered. So I decided to order donuts when I turned to the donut counter there was probably less than 2 dozen donuts and only 3 types. I guess they also discontinued the majority of their donut types to. I do not see how holiday flavors are discontinued before the holiday. Or the fact why they are on menu and advertised with signage on and in the restaurant if they are discontinued. We left without ordering and went to Kripsy Kreme where we were more...
