Fugu Express — Restaurant in Georgia

This is usually my favorite place to get hibachi. However tonight on Feb 23 around 7 pm I was very disappointed with customer service. The cashier guy with the glasses was extremely rude and unfriendly. I came in and spoke to him he just looked at me no greeting at all. Then when ordering food he wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking for then rang something up I didn’t want glad I caught it before paying. Then I walked up to the register to order something else and he completely ignored me and tried to act like he didn’t see me standing there. I had to ask the chef preparing to order something else. Then when my food was ready he just sat it on the counter and didn’t say ma’am your order is ready. Everyone else is usually so nice I never have a problem. However, him he must be new anyways he needs to work on his attitude and...

This place use to be really good and use to acknowledge their regular customers. Know everytime i go its takes 25 mins to make teriyaki chicken while orders that came after you get their food in minutes. Crazy today I actually watched 4 ppl get the food before, and when i gave them the "what the hell" expression, she come over and says a wrong order that i had. Im like noooo let just get it to go, then they put some peep in their step. Sounds petty but for someone who comes to your business 2-3 week and is a delivery driver that has a strict schedule you would think they would show some type of urgency...Never...

Great food, easy experience/atmosphere, good prices. Try the mango chicken!!

I see a not so great review, but I've never had problems here. Just don't go in too close to closing time and they'll take care of you. The girl that normally works the counter/register is great and always helpful. It's also pretty nice inside, so very comfortable place for take out or for a quick sit down bite.
