Deep Breath I visited this place today with my daughter and ordered two “Hall Passes” upon getting them made we tasted them and they were very sour to the point where we could not drink them. We walked back to the cashier and told her our concerns and she agreed to help us choose a different drink that we would like, when I went to pay she then told me that I would have to repurchase the drinks and that she could not remake them. After explaining to her that the first set of drink were not drinkable she proceeded to walk back and get what I believe to be was her manager and have her come speak to me. The manger proceeded to tell me with a nasty attitude “The most I can do is give you $2 off your next purchase, I can’t help that you don’t like the drinks.” Safe to say I will probably will not be going back to this business since customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. As someone who works in customer service I found it sad that I was approach with an attitude and no resolution to an issue that majority of establishments that service food and beverages to the public would try to resolve. Been coming here for over a year & never had any issues til now, service is normally great, drinks even better, but Saturday I ordered two loaded teas, they were extremely sour which the peach flavor I always get is normally sweet, with a slight twang from the lift off, the drinks were so sour I couldn’t drink it, saved the drink to bring back & have remade, I was refused, was told to buy new drinks for half off. Which is crazy, all the money I spend in there & I can’t have a drink remade after having proof of payment along with the sour drink. Just rubbed me wrong because as a company where is the care for a customer. I’ll find another...

This hidden gem needs more visibility. I drove past it everyday not knowing what it had to offer. A friend recommended it after I was looking for a smoothie place and I went. Now I’ll be a regular! It’s clean, welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful and the menu is packed with things to try and everything I have had so far has been delicious.
