My husband and I have ordered 5 times since this store has been open and had a problem 4 times. Mind you we waited about 3-4 weeks for it to clear out from being packed everyday. The last straw was Sept 1st when I called in at 6:57 and the girl who took my order for pickup told me it would be 10 minutes. When I got to the pickup window 13 minutes after ordering I noticed that they were not busy and the girl took my money $14 for 2 sandwiches and said it will be just a couple of minutes. After another 12 minutes she finally gave me the sandwiches. I knew even after telling her 2 times on the phone how my husband wanted his sandwich it would be wrong. He does not order anything complex. This has been the problem every time but once. My husband even got 2 sandwiches when he only ordered 1 and both sandwiches were not even what he ordered when he got home. My sister in law just told me that the store was dirty and they only had 2 customers and the 3 employees were standing behind the counter talking on Aug. 23rd. I will continue to go to Newnan or Columbus but it is sad that we got excited about this store coming to Lagrange. Sorry but I can't rate this any better due to my orders constantly...
Read moreI haven’t ordered from this restaurant yet but I probably will after this experience: I had a door dash order and the store didn’t have it for some reason but only the order I had, NO OTHER DOOR DASH ORDERS WERE AFFECTED, I ended up waiting 30 minutes on my customer’s order an I was kinda upset at first because it kept me from getting any other orders but it wasn’t his fault or mines. Whoever the manger was that was on duty today at 1:24 pm is the best manager ever! I don’t know his name but he handled the situation very well, while fixing the drink machine and training someone and then helping his team fix orders at the table he stayed calm the entire time an kept apologizing and GREETING EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR with a positive attitude. Read moreThis is the THIRD time I’ve tried to call the Lagrange Mall location and got no answer. The first time I called, got no answer and came inside to order. They were busy so I thought that was why they didn’t answer. The second time I called SEVERAL times, got no answer and came in. There were 5 employees behind the counter and not ONE person in the store. I ordered and it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. The third time (today) I called over and over and no answer. I came inside and there was one person in line ahead of me and 2 people sitting down eating. 4 employees this time. I called while I was standing in line and NO ONE ANSWERED! I could the phone ringing and all the employees ignored it! If anyone knows how to contact the general manager, please let me know.
