DON’T DO IT!!!!! Where do I begin? Purchase one mattress which extremely smoothly. Observed a mattress in store while I was purchasing the initial one at which time I was told to sale is going off that day. Told Tracy I will call him back if I was going to go through a purchase, he called me, conducted sale over the phone Asking for nothing more than my Progressive approval number and was instructed that I did not want any warranties, for where he did not add the warranty he added a mattress cover without my confirmation or permission. While myself was OK with the mattress we found it to be difficult or uncomfortable for my husband. It was at that time that I realize that the 120 days was a scam because they don’t tell you or express to you that there is a $249 fee upon any exchange between your seeking of a comfortable bed. at no time was I made aware of a $249 return fee but very clear that I was or had the option of 120 days always leaving out the $249 return fee. Also be aware that I attempted to cancel the order before it was even delivered because my husband had expressed his concern with the possibility of a new mattress, at which time I went to the store and spoke with a young lady and Tracy was there having lunch at which time he expressed he could not cancel the order because it had not been delivered or it was on a truck he never divulged I could refuse the order to cancel the sale. It was not until today that I expressed that I was not happy in the way of my spouse, not being comfortable with the mattress that he informed me that I could have denied delivery and that would’ve canceled sale but again it directs to the fact of which I am making known through this review that they are not forthcoming until after the fact, so do be aware of all stipulations when dealing with any and all mattress firm locations.Tracy attempted to express that that was something that was in the paperwork however I never signed any documentation and he never was forthcoming about that fee. I hated that I’ve wasted my time and effort and energy, with this process, I would give it no stars not because of the mattress, but the improper information of the processes from delivery to fees and amending orders. They were not helpful or nearly as accommodating to amending the sale or encouraging further business to rectify any of patrons discontent with experience. I didn’t even purchase from this store but I have been calling the store I did buy from and spent $1300 at and NO answer, no return call. I was supposed to have my adjustable bed frame delivered today (3/3/25) and took all day off to make sure someone was home for the delivery bc you have to sign for it- well unfortunately they did not deliver, I never received a phone call from the store or the warehouse ( delivery company) the day prior or at all today- no bed frame still . I couldn’t get a response from Freddie at the store I bought from so I called this location and thank god I spoke with an angel named Tracy! He is beyond amazing and very sweet and knowledgeable! He was willing to help me and went the extra mile and tried contacting all the channels possible to get my bed frame to me! Not only that, but he also emailed the store and the warehouse to see why I didn’t get my bed frame or even a courtesy call! I cannot praise this man enough and how amazing and prompt he is! He even went further and tried to locate my bed frame in stock at other stores so I could go get it myself since the other store and driver can’t return calls or let me know anything! From now on, I will just be purchasing from Tracy because I KNOW HE GONNA DO THE CUSTOMER RIGHT! Y’all go see this man for your next mattress and bed accessories- I promise you won’t be dissatisfied! Read morePurchasing process was very easy. The delivery process has been frustrating. Purchased the mattress and setup delivery for Sunday. I didn't receive the delivery or a phone call. I contacted 3 stores to see what was going on, after it failed to arrive during the scheduled delivery time. All said they would call back, and only 1 did, after the second time I called. They told me they did try to deliver, and sent stock photos as proof of attempted delivery. The delivery has now been rescheduled for a weekday, 3 days after the original delivery day so I have to rearrange my work schedule. I don't have faith that it will happen as planned. Update: I received the mattress on the scheduled delivery date. However, the delivery driver said he was there for a return, which he needed to complete before delivering my mattress. I did not have anything to return, as the items were never delivered. So, he had me call the store to confirm. Also, I was told by the store to call, after delivery, for a refund of the delivery costs, due to the late delivery. I called and was told the refund would be issued next day due to their system not being able to do so, until 24 hours after delivery. I had to call back a week later as that never happened.
