This is an experience my wife went through, and I am leaving this review on her behalf. After completing her purchase and returning home, she noticed that the clearance price had not been applied on the receipt, so she went back to the store. She greeted the same cashier twice with ‘Hello again,’ but the cashier ignored her, kept looking at her phone, and even the other employee nearby appeared to be watching nervously. Despite this, the cashier did not properly listen to my wife and proceeded with a return on her own. She placed the items as if throwing them toward my wife, processed the return without consent, then grabbed the items again and tossed them behind the counter. The receipt was also tossed back.
When my wife repeatedly explained that it was not a return but simply a pricing error, the cashier finally corrected it — yet never apologized for her mistake or for treating my wife disrespectfully. Instead, she only spoke to the other employee and brushed it off by saying, ‘I misunderstood.’

Read moreI come to this location often. I went in this evening to grab a few things. I checked online before going to make sure I had enough time to look around. The website say they close at 9:30 & the phone recording says 10. That’s the first problem. So, I go in thinking I have a little over half an hour & an associate says ‘we close in 2 minutes’. I assumed she was talking about the dressing room because it always closes earlier than the actual store. I go to meet my mother to see if she’s found what she was looking for. Another associate says to me that they’re closed & that they close at 9pm. My issue is with the website, phone recording & associates not at all coinciding with one another.
