Hibachi STOP — Restaurant in Georgia

I visited this establishment this evening with my two children for dinner, looking forward to a pleasant meal. I specifically asked for extra shrimp because I knew my son loves them and wanted to make the meal special for him. Unfortunately, after leaving, I realized the extra shrimp were missing. This was disappointing, but I decided to return to the store to resolve the issue.

What followed was an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience. When I approached the manager to explain the situation, I was met with skepticism and hostility. Despite showing my receipt and the remaining food, the manager accused me of having already eaten the shrimp. This baseless assumption was not only incorrect but also insulting.

The argument escalated, becoming very heated, as I tried to convey my frustration and disappointment. Despite all the evidence I provided, the manager stubbornly refused to give me the extra shrimp I had paid for. This lack of customer service and basic courtesy was infuriating.

You real mad because I posted a review on how I felt you cheated me I see. Go argue with someone else! Never ever getting my business again! I used to like this place, but it’s becoming a rip off. I ordered a salmon and shrimp hibachi and asked for extra veggies. I only got three shrimp and four pieces of salmon. The veggies just were the reg amount definitely not extra. Asked for sweet and sour sauce they didn’t have it. Definitely not worth $23 I spent last night. Horrible experience #2. This place is the worse! Last year my husband who has a shellfish allergy ordered the chicken and steak, well when we got home there were pieces of shrimp in his food. Needless to say he had to go to urgent care then to the ER because his throat was literally closing up on him. When we contacted the restaurant the male owner says”that’s his fault not mine”. So there you have it so that left my husband with an overnight stay in the hospital but also a bill for $2500. So what I do today, I ordered shrimp habachi because I don’t eat meat and what do I find burried in my rice - chicken!
