This place is understaffed and pizzas be burnt and they don’t even slice the pizzas all the way. For almost ten minutes the pizza showed how it was still in the oven. I finally walked in because it was overcrowded. The worker claims she placed it in the pizza portal so why not update the process as you go? I don’t know what’s up but you should only grab what’s yours from the portal! I am blaming the establishment because they didn’t update anything. Looks real shady move!
Okay after I read other people’s reviews I think she runs this place by herself. I guess this one guy showed up to help her because there were only two there tonight. They need to help this lady or they could lose a great worker. I say great even though my pizza wasn’t that good and experience was low but I rescind my frustration because it’s hard to manage a lot of hats at a fast paced working environment like a fast food place.
If anyone wants better pizza just drive up on South Marietta Parkway across from the Cobb bus transfer center and they’re better staffed and the pizzas aren’t burnt and they slice each slices up properly. Read moreMy experience: I recently got off work and went to this Little Caesar's b/c its close to my job and it was "pizza night" for the kids. So I go inside and place my order. The girl behind the register said "Alright, your pizza will be ready in about 5-10 min." So I took a seat and prepared to wait. While sitting there, I observed some disturbing things such as employees handling money and not washing their hands when they go back into the kitchen; one girl came out of the kitchen, grabbed a bottled water from the cooler, drank some and put it back in the cooler!! So I sat some more and realized it was 25-30 min later that my order was ready! When I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, he didn't even care. He was like "Oh, well. I mean, I guess I'll talk to them about it later... I don't know what you want me to do. You want a free pizza or something?" NO! I don't want your free pizza! I want better and cleaner service. The problem consist with the "New Owners" of the store if you're not getting quality pizza that you'll get at another location it's probably bc they're not giving you the correct amount of cheese you're missing an ounce or 2 they don't follow corporate guidelines If you want a Little Caesars Pizza done the correct way and get what you pay for because you are spending your hard earned money then ..........
